"Really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very helpful and the breakfast was so delicious. Everything you needed from a guest house was provided. I would definitely stay at this guest house again like many others who return every year."

"I hate giving bad ratings but this place is just not worth the price. We had dirty towels. Unflushable toilet. No air in the room with one tiny window opening just a few cm. The fact that check in is ridiculous isn’t helpful. Get some code. I think I had to pay deposit twice to actually recieve it. It’s a lovely location and I hope the place gets a much needed upgrade."

"Super comfortable bed, fluffy new towels & pillows, clean crisp sheets, rain head shower was a treat, great pressure. Delicious Full menu breakfast included was a huge plus. Staff couldn't have been nicer & more helpful. Lovely pre-breakfast walk along the trail to the old castle ruins. All round 5-star stay. We would definitely stay at Castle Dargan again."

"The lodge was very clean, parking was easy and the location was an easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was small and had no air circulation. The mattresses were low quality and the bed squeaked with every slight movement."

"All the staff, in particular David, were incredibly helpful, professional & thoughtful. A minor personal crisis occurred and David could not have been more thoughtful & understanding. The hotel is perfectly located. The suite had everything we needed and the massive bed was super comfy. I cannot recommend this place enough."

"Struttura molto bella esternamente, Camera bella spaziosa ed insonorizzata, Aree comuni e corridoi un po' trascurati, Personale del bar poco attivo,(il servizio esterno non era previsto ma i tavoli sono rimasti sporchi e pieni di stoviglie sporche per ore)tranne il barman molto veloce ed efficiente. Per essere un 4stelle ci ha deluso un po'. Palestra e piscina belle attrezzate e personale molto cortese."
