"This was my second stay, on business. The rooms are modern and clean. The dinner and breakfast are both very good. However, the girl serving dinner seemed like all she wanted to do was go home. She raced through everything and initially refused to serve me a portion of ice cream because it had just gone 9.30pm when the kitchen had closed. I had already eaten a starter and main by that point. Further training required."

"Our stay was lovely! The check in was smooth and we got welcomed in such professional and clear manner. The room was so fresh and modern which I really appreciate. The temperature management was smooth too as it was cold outside, I really appreciate to be able to turn the heat up. Absolutely Beautiful hotel! I would definitely book my stay here again when visiting Leeds. I recommend it highly - and next time I would definitiely need to try their restaurant :)"

The coffee machine facilities were kept impeccably clean also, everything was wonderfully neat. The hotel itself did look a little dated/ tired, but the service and cleanliness of the room were brilliant. I would stay here again."
