Starting 2025 linens will no longer be provided for your stay. Each bathroom has a hand soap dispenser that will be filled prior to each stay. Hand soap, dish washing liquid and a couple dishwasher pods will be provided and a fresh sponge for each stay. A roll of paper towels for the kitchen and a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom will be present to start you off.

Parking for the unit can accommodate several small to midsize vehicles (4 to 6). 3 large trucks or full-size SUVs would be max allowed due to some parking being below the house between the pilings. Pool is generally open May through October 15 with hours of 9am-dusk as there are no lights at the pool area.

Memorial Day through Labor Day are weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday). Nightly rentals are available during this time within 10 days of the arrival date if the week is still vacant, but still require a 2 to 3 night minimum. Nightly minimums during other times are generally 2-3 nights unless around holiday which requires a 4 night minimum. Monthly rentals are available during winter upon request.
