Welcome to The Guest House on Scotch Bonnet, a newly renovated coastal retreat just a one-minute stroll from the beach! This charming property combines modern comfort with beachside convenience, featuring central heating and air, complimentary Wi-Fi, and outdoor amenities like a charcoal grill and outdoor shower. Perfect for small families or couples, it offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

The heart of the home is the cozy living room on the second floor, offering seating for five with a couch and chairs, a smart TV for entertainment, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Step out onto the spacious porch, where seating for eight invites you to soak up the fresh sea breeze. The adjacent kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot, and dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze. A dining table for four and a convenient washer/dryer tucked in a closet complete this functional space.

The Guest House features two inviting bedrooms, both located on the second floor. The first bedroom is ideal for families, with a bunk bed set (twin over queen), while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and ceiling fan. Our family of five really enjoyed this home on our beach vacation! The house was very clean and cozy, and all the bedding/decor/appliances were brand new! We loved the patio area and hammock. The house is an easy one minute walk to the beach! We appreciated the beach wagon, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Bring your own beach towels, and you'll need paper goods, laundry/hand soap etc if you're staying for more than a couple of days. The beach was beautiful and there's so much to do in the area! Would highly recommend this home!

Our family stayed here on short notice. The property was just like it was listed. The check in process and amount of communication was perfect. We had all the amenities needed (3 children & lots of laundry!) and it was a two-minute walk to the beach making it so easy to take a break from the sun and then head right back to the beach. Would 100% stay here again.

Stay at Scotch Bonnet Cottage

Newly renovated and very nicely decorated. Great location. Appliances and kitchen are well equipped. Outdoor shower and storage for beach equipment are key. The WiFi is located in the house next door and not sufficient for remote work if that is a factor during the stay. We contacted the management to reset it during our stay, and while they responded promptly and reset it, it was only marginally better. This may not be a factor for everyone though.
