Charming 4BR cabin in North Lake Tahoe's Carnelian Bay, perfect for 8 guests. Enjoy filtered lake views from the deck, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a separate game room. This pet-friendly retreat with a fenced yard is your ideal base for year-round adventures, just minutes from Kings Beach. Features a king bed, workspace, and ample parking.

We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present on the property during your visit but are readily available via the messaging app should you need any assistance or local recommendations. We will provide you with a printed house manual and digital guidebook to help answer any questions that may come up.

The house is set in a residential neighborhood facing N Lake Blvd. Set in the pine trees with filtered views of the lake, a short walk across the street brings you to the shores of Lake Tahoe!

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including the detached game room, deck, and fenced-in backyard. The only exception is a few locked owner's closets used for storage.

Nestled between the beach and the mountains, our charming cabin is your ideal home base for year-round Tahoe adventures. Imagine starting your day with coffee in the charming breakfast nook, gazing out at filtered lake views, before heading out to explore.

Inside, the cozy living room invites you to relax on new furniture by the warmth of a wood-burning stone fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has all the necessities for preparing delicious meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table set for six. From the living room and kitchen, you can continue to enjoy those glimmering lake vistas.

Just down a path from the front door is our recently renovated game room. This fantastic space features:
- A 70-inch TV
- A versatile foosball table that converts to pool and ping pong
- A poker table for spirited game nights

Step outside onto the expansive deck to soak in the serene, filtered lake views. The property also boasts a fenced-in backyard, providing a perfect and safe space for your four-legged friend to play.

We have room for four cars with two short and flat driveways on the property.

To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details:
- Detached Game Room: The game room is not attached to the main house; it is located just down a short path from the front door.
- No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Tahoe, our cabin does not have AC. We recommend opening the windows to enjoy the cool mountain breezes.
- Sleeping Arrangements: Two bedrooms have trundle beds, which are best suited for children or young adults. One trundle wheel is currently damaged; please use it with care while we await a replacement.
- Location Noise: Our home is conveniently located on North Lake Blvd, which can experience traffic noise, especially during peak months.
- Mountain Life: Dust and pollen can accumulate quickly on outdoor furniture. The BBQ and other outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter (typically October- May).
- Weather & Travel: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances like poor air quality or winter snow. A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance.
