Park Plaza Cardiff
"The hotel is tired and has an overwhelming smell of stale smoke in the hallways and bedrooms. Staff were friendly but miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping, meant that requests were missed or forgotten. Best bit of the hotel is the bar and outdoor terrace. The pool was lovely but ..."

Future Inns Cardiff Bay
"Quick and easy check in. Have previously stated here many times and have never had a bad experience, which is why we return. Parking on site is free and the people are lovely. Lift did stop whilst we were in it, but managed to get the doors to open and we continued down the stairs"

easyHotel Cardiff
"Stayed in a twin room with my brother. It was very small, maybe a bit awks. The room was clean, staff friendly and useful info shared in advance. Disappointed that the car park discount provided code didn't seem to work."
