"We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group."

"I organized this trip for 8 friends (ranging from 45 to 78 years old) for my 50th, and it was more about the house than the location. We wanted a pool, comfy beds, and a big enough lanai for all of us to eat. This house was a great fit. It even faced west for beautiful sunsets! Having the grocery store across the street was incredibly convenient too. The house needs a little TLC, specifically that towel hangers kept falling off the walls, drawer pulls came out, and the pool had missing...

"Nataliya was a wonderful host! Communication was good and questions answered in a timely manner. The home was beautiful and very clean. I chose this home for the 6 bedrooms, heated pool and hot tub and it did not disappoint. A lot of time was spent on the lanai. The garage rec room was an added bonus. Our family had a great vacation here!"
