Donna Rosa Capri is a home furnished in the Capri style with new and functional furnishings.

It is located in a setting that is as enchanting as it is convenient, just a few meters from the harbor, the sandy beach of Marina Grande, the typical Capri shops, and public transportation to the Piazzetta di Capri and the center of Anacapri.

The terrace, for your exclusive use, is accessible from the CORALLO bedroom; it overlooks the bay of Marina Grande and allows you to breathe in the sea breeze and experience the charm of the Capri sea in complete relaxation.

Donna Rosa Capri is located on the second floor (no elevator) of the historic Palazzo CACACE, accessed via a typical Capri staircase consisting of 40 steps.

Donna Rosa Capri spans 90 square meters and is spread over two interior levels connected by a convenient internal wooden staircase.

On the first level, you’ll find a comfortable living room
equipped with a sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

On the second level, you’ll find two separate bedrooms:
- the TRAGARA BEDROOM with a “king-size” double bed (170 x 200 cm),
- and the FARAGLIONI BEDROOM with a “queen-size” double bed (150 x 200 cm),
- shared bathroom.

In this area, reserved exclusively for your use, you can enjoy breakfast and your meals while taking in a unique view of the azure sea of the Bay of Capri.

• To ensure the best possible stay for everyone, we regret that we cannot accept pets.
• The health and safety of the home’s interior is very important to us; we ask that you smoke only on the terrace and not inside the property.
• Safety is ensured by smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed in the house, a first-aid kit, a fire extinguisher, and a security camera monitoring the building’s outdoor common area.
• The home is equipped with towels, toiletries, and shampoo; hot and cold air conditioning; flat-rate broadband Internet; a fully equipped kitchen; an iron and ironing board; a safe; a clothes rack and hair dryer; and a washing machine, oven, and refrigerator-freezer.
• Guest access: Entire apartment featuring 3 panoramic balconies and a furnished sun terrace overlooking the bay of Marina Grande
• Luggage transport from the arrival pier to the apartment—service available upon request (for a fee)

Donna Rosa Capri is easily accessible on foot upon arrival, as it is located in the heart of the Marina, just a few dozen meters from the pier where ferries and hydrofoils arrive from Naples, Sorrento, or the Amalfi Coast.
Guests can access the house from the Piazzetta di Largo Fontana at Via Cristoforo Colombo No. 43, across from the port.
To reach the house, guests must climb the typical 40-step panoramic staircase.
Palazzo Cacace is a historic building in which it was not possible to install an elevator. Access for people with disabilities is not convenient.
Upon request, a luggage transport service is available from the arrival pier to the house (for a fee).
A paid parking lot for cars and motorcycles is located about 200 meters away.
