Hermosa villa con vistas a los Farallones a pocos minutos de la plaza

Villa Capri disfruta de una de las vistas más emocionantes del mundo. De hecho, domina la bahía de Marina Piccola frente al famoso Faraglioni. Es una villa de estilo típico mediterráneo, sobria y elegante, rodeada de un gran jardín exuberante con árboles altos (granadas de olivo, limones, cipreses ...) y varias especies de plantas con flores y matorral mediterráneo. Su posición es envidiable tanto para aquellos que quieran disfrutar de las idas y venidas de la famosa Piazzetta, a la que se puede llegar en 10 minutos a pie, como para quienes prefieren el mar, que se encuentra a solo 10 minutos a pie por la pintoresca Via Mulo.
El exterior se compone de varias terrazas en varios niveles. Cada uno de ellos está bien iluminado y amueblado con cómodos sofás, sillas, mesas, sombrillas y tumbonas, por lo que puede ser explotado con amigos tanto durante el día como en las cálidas noches de verano en el caprese de la luna.

La villa consta de 3 unidades:

1. En la planta baja, la primera unidad consta de una gran sala de estar doble que conduce a una terraza panorámica, equipada con una gran mesa de comedor y una sala de estar; de una cocina (con lavavajillas y horno) que tiene acceso a una zona de barbacoa cubierta y al sótano y el espacio de lavandería.
El primer piso tiene dos dormitorios grandes (uno doble y uno cuádruple) cada uno con su propio baño dedicado con ducha y bañera. Desde las habitaciones se puede acceder a un balcón con impresionantes vistas del Mediterráneo y un solárium con jacuzzi y tumbonas.
2. La segunda unidad está conectada a la primera a través de la terraza inferior del jardín: tiene una habitación doble y un baño.
3. La tercera unidad consta de una dependencia con cama doble, baño y una gran terraza con césped con vistas al mar.
Tenga en cuenta que esta dependencia está disponible solo si el número de huéspedes es más de 8 en las condiciones económicas descritas en el reglamento.


Toda la casa está equipada con aire acondicionado y calefacción, TV vía satélite, Wi-Fi y teléfono.

Un jardinero confiable cuida el jardín y puede aprovecharse de una trabajadora doméstica de confianza cada hora.

La villa puede alojar hasta 8 personas, ampliable a 10 con el uso de uno

Beautiful property with great views!

We stayed here in Capri for a 60th birthday celebration. The rooms were all comfy with great AC.We were very happy with all the outdoor space and the landscaping and views are stunning. Everyone was so kind from the cab drivers (Lino and Carlo). Tiziana was a great help and the owner Federico checked on us to make sure we were happy. Thanks for the great memories!

This place was amazing! We stayed for 4 nights and the pictures don’t do it justice. The view of marina piccola and the Faraglioni from the terraces were incredible. The location is perfect with just quick walk to the grocery store, downtown Capri and Marina piccola. The team of Federico, Gianmarco and Tiziana were very helpful before and throughout our stay. They helped answer our questions, coordinate taxis, booked activities and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The team was so helpful that made our stay so much more enjoyable. Special thanks to Tiziana! We had someone from our group leave their cell phone at the villa and didn’t notice until we were at the port. She quickly went to the villa, found it and brought it down to the port so we could make our scheduled ferry. We can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond.

This was our second stay at Il Pioppo, the first was five years ago in pre-pandemic 2019, and it was SO wonderful to come back “home”. This villa is spectacular in all ways … stunning grounds, clean well-appointed house, best location, and amazingly supportive and responsive owner and hostess! Perfect place to entertain and relax!!

We spent an amazing 23 nights at this Villa. The host, Federico, could have not been more accommodating as we had multiple family members and friends visiting. The Villa and the outdoor spaces were better than pictured. Our concierge Gianmarco was our go to guy for anything we needed (including restaurant reservations that were otherwise unavailable). Tiziana was most helpful and makes a fine assistant for our favorite chef, Enzo, who constantly surprised us with delicious appetizers and multiple courses. Overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

A Beautiful Dream

My family and I had the most amazing time at the Gorgeous villa on the Faraglioni. This villa is situated in one of the most beautiful areas on the island. Each morning, we were blessed as soon as we looked out of our window or walked out on the balcony or terrace to take in the most beautiful and amazing views. The views here are amazing day and night. We were able to walk down to the supermarket and main square in a matter of minutes. Tiziana, the property manager, was simply amazing. She was very accommodating and did her very best to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Gianmarco took care of all of our dinner, beach club and boat rental reservations. He was always very responsive and provided excellent options. In addition to an amazing meal prepared by the chef, the kitchen in this villa also offers the ability to cook a wonderful meal for your family, should you choose to. We are very grateful that we had the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. It is truly a “gem” on Capri! My very best, Andrea C.

Gorgeous villa, perfect location

Stunning villa surrounded by beautiful gardens with amazing views. Villa is located within easy walking distance to town, 10 min walk to beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Only 15 steps from street which is a huge plus carrying suitcases, we did not need a porter service. Owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, organized boat trip, found reservations for party of 6 in restaurants that we could not get into directly, organized taxi, etc. Exceeded our expectations.

Idyllic Capri Villa

I can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful villa. The host from start to finish was wonderful and helped us make taxi bookings and dinner reservations and provided recommendations for what to do and where to eat. The house is comfortable and clean. The grounds are magnificent and beautifully manicured. The view of marina piccola is spectacular. Beautiful Experience

Stayed for a week with a group that included artists who were able to paint the absolutely gorgeous gardens and views from the villa. Tiziana was a wonderful help introducing us to the property, helping with any questions and issues we had, and arranging for a chef's dinner that was truly an incredible experience. It was such a pleasure also to meet Federico and enjoy staying in such a gorgeous place. Moreover, Tiziana went above and beyond by organizing a chef-prepared dinner that she also helped to set up and clean up afterward. The dinner itself was a culinary triumph and added an unforgettable touch to our stay. We highly recommend a meal prepared by Chef Enzo! The villa's location is another feather in its cap. Situated within walking distance of a grocery market, various restaurants, and shopping venues, it allows for a perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Whether we wanted to cook a homemade meal with local ingredients or dine out at a nearby restaurant, all our desires were easily fulfilled. As for planning and logistics, the owner was impeccable in ensuring all arrangements were in place prior to our arrival. From transportation to assistance in arranging tours and restaurant reservations, every detail was meticulously handled.

Luxurious Villa with spectacular view!

We had an amazing stay in the Villa, and the photos don't do justice to its actual beauty. We felt like we had our own exclusive accommodation with luxurious amenities. The accommodation comfortably housed our family of 10 and offered ample space for everyone, including two couples who had their own separate suites with private entrances. The property and outdoor landscaping are stunning. There are three levels, each with outdoor seating areas. The view is stunning, offering a sight of the two renowned mountains in Capri: Monte Solaro. The Villa also provided us with Gianmarco, who served as our contact and offered exceptional assistance, similar to that of a concierge. He was able to secure restaurant and beach club reservations for us, which were difficult to obtain. He is also able to book boats, tours, and other related activities. Upon our arrival, he made arrangements for porters to meet us at the pier and organized taxis for our transportation to the villa. Whenever I needed a cab, I would send him a text and he would quickly send one. Tizaian was available to assist with any additional needs, such as extra towels or bedding. All the necessary details were considered prior to our arrival. We felt safe and well taken care of in a foreign country with friends who were able to assist us with any needs we had. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who appreciates luxury accommodations and exceptional service provided by a professional and attentive staff.

Wedding Party

We stayed for a week with our family celebrating our daughters wedding. The property is beautiful and the outdoor space is really wonderful with a spectacular view. 3 days on Capri

Excellent property. Luxury level. Feels like a new structure. Beautiful interior. Magnificent view, though cut like a scar at the lower levels by a power line that is somewhat blurred in the online image. Beautiful gardens, quiet. The manager was helpful. The only weird part was having a fully equipped jacuzzi onsite, very inviting but cold. The updated website says, now, that it is an unheated hot tub. That’s a bit oxymoronic. Just call it a cooling tub with bubbles. All in all, a great place to stay up and away from the mayhem at Marina Grande. The location is excellent, above Marina Piccolo, walking distance to Capri town.

A view from Paradise

Elegant, spacious and so very welcoming! We usually stay at Capri Palace. This year we opted to try this magical villa and we were pleasantly surprised with the level of luxury. Federico the owner was very helpful prior to our arrival. Tiziana, the property manager was amazing!! Very helpful and so friendly.! We hired a private chef who also had a room to stay, and our meals were outstanding! I had guest coming for dinner and my table setting was just, beautiful. The air conditioner was deliciously cold, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathrooms were large and luxurious. The gardens flowers and lemon trees were fragrant. I was impressed on how every square inch in the property had purpose. Love the lay out of the rooms. 3 stories with privacy in each room... We are Definitely coming back next year for longer as it was hard to leave such an amazing villa.

Fantastic house & location!

We just loved our stay in this villa. The views are simply incredible. The gardens and terraces are also lush and gorgeous. As interior designers, we are a bit picky about interiors and this villa does not disappoint. The design detail and furnishings are quintessentially Capri. All of the bedrooms are comfortable and air conditioned. We also found the location perfect - it’s walkable to town, a great grocery store and Marina Piccola. The owners of the villa are incredible and have strong connections on the island. They were able to connect us with people to assist with transportation and booking restaurants and activities. We hope to return again next year!

Excellent Villa and Owner

The Villa has the most beautiful view and is about a ten minute walk to Capri town. It’s very quiet and has great air conditioning. It has everything you need. The owner was super helpful with my trip planning. He gave me information for transportation, boat tours, restaurants, taxis… He answered quickly and all his recommendations were great and spot on. I would highly recommend this Villa.

Beautiful Home in Capri

We had a great time staying at this gorgeous Villa in Capri. The host was super communicative and went above and beyond, providing us with a house manager for any needs within the house, and a concierge who booked anything else we wanted (reservations, boats, taxi's etc.). This was particularly helpful and really made the experience. The views are spectacular, the two primary suites within the house are spacious and beautiful. The photos don't do the main villa justice at all, it's gorgeous. Also the AC works perfectly. Location wise the villa is just a walk into town. The only downside is that the 3rd bedroom is not actually within the beautiful villa but attached to the side of it. It was not up to the standard of the rest of the house as it has no windows and is super small (no room for suitcases and walking around). This is fine I just wasn't expecting that especially when the other 2 rooms are so beautiful. Overall we had a lovely stay and the owner Fredrico made us feel right at home and like locals by setting us up with his two associates to help us every step of the way. We would definitely come back to this home again!

Federico was very responsive and even helped provide restaurant reservations ahead of the stay. His house manager, Tiziana, was so sweet and helpful. They also provided contact info for a local taxi service and restaurant booking service. Both have made the trip more frictionless. The villa has a wonderful view and the location is very convenient! Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Capri Setting

With out hesitation I can recommend Il Piccola. Federico not only communicated well in coordinating our arrival but helped throughout our stay with plans. The home was well equipped for many meals enjoyed on the beautiful porch overlooking the sea. Bedrooms each with its own bath and very comfortable. Will definitely be returning for a future visit.

Wonderful first time visit to Capri

This property is exactly what we needed for our first trip to Capri. We had 4 couples (8 people total) and we were very comfortable. The walk into Capri was very easy, we did it every day. And the access to Marina Piccola was a pleasant surprise. The multiple outdoor seating areas allowed for our group to relax wherever we wanted to during our stay.
