VILLA PINETA - Beautiful house by the sea with direct access to the beach 9 beds

This beautiful apartment is located on the seafront of the stunning Golfo Stella.
The beach below is accessible via a private staircase (25 steps), a 2-minute walk away. The sandy beach is suitable for children.
The rental house is on the ground floor and consists of one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with the option of an extra bed), one bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined), one bedroom with a bunk bed, one bathroom with shower, a large living room, a kitchen, and a closet.
There is also an annex adjacent to the house with one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
In total, there are four bedrooms (two doubles and two twins), two full bathrooms and one bathroom without a shower, a large living area, a full kitchen, and a closet (with a washing machine, second refrigerator, iron, and ironing board).
The house is tastefully furnished and features all the comforts: satellite TV, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, stereo, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, 2 refrigerators, fans, a built-in barbecue, an electric gate, parking spaces, and a hot outdoor shower.
The house is located in a large pine forest facing the sea.
The house has two large terraces facing the sea.
Both terraces are equipped with tables and reclining chairs facing the sea, where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. One terrace has a built-in barbecue.
From one terrace, you can descend directly to the sandy beach below via a private staircase (about 25 steps).
The beach is suitable for children.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a newsstand, minimarket, bars, restaurants, and a butcher.
Linens are not provided. No pets. Camping is prohibited on the property.
Guests will be provided with a discount code for the ferry.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage und einem einmaligen Blick aufs Meer. Gute Ausstattung mit ordentlichen Betten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten außen . Wir würden wiederkommen. Vielleicht ist bis dahin auch die Zufahrt ausgebessert.

Wundervolle Aussicht

Diese sehr schöne, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, Wohnung und dieser Ausblick auf das Meer und die Segelboote, ist nur zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Immer wieder gerne.

Toller Platz über dem Meer

Eine schöne Location zum Wohlfühlen am Ende des Sommers. Sehr schöne Sitzplätze oberhalb des Meers und guter Direktzugang zum Badestrand. Der Campingplatz gleich angrenzend stört kaum. Wir hatten das Glück, dass die anderen Wohnungen des 4-Parteienhauses zum Saisonende nicht mehr vermietet waren!

Wonderful villa

Vacances entre amis

Grande maison dans un parc ombragé idéal pour la pétanque, avec une grande terrasse , au bord de la plage de sable fin avec accès direct. Maison très bien équipée en ustensiles pour la cuisine. N’oubliez pas vos draps, lessive, pq, sel, etc… Gentille attention à l’arrivée ( bouteille de mousseux) Le beau-frère du propriétaire habite à l’étage et est d’une grande gentillesse

Haus am Meer

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Doppelbetten und einem Etagenbett und bietet somit ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Es sind Spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Zwei große beschattete Terrassen, zwei Duschen im Haus und eine Außendusche. Eine zweite Außendusche gehört eher zum Apartment oben drüber. Nebendran ist ein fast gleiches Ferienhaus. Der Meerblick ist fantastisch. Autos können im Schatten parken. Der Strand ist sehr sehr schön und zu den stoßzeiten gut gefüllt vom benachbarten Campingplatz. Ich (49) habe eher die Ruhe morgens genossen 😊 Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten oben im wunderschönen Capoliveri zum Essen, shoppen oder einfach nur die Atmosphäre genießen ... LG gino

Wohnung in einer Villa

Leider geht aus der Beschreibung nicht klar hervor, dass es sich beim Objekt um eine WOHNUNG (in einer Villa) handelt. Die Terrasse der Wohnung grenzt direkt an die der Nachbarn, man kann durch ein Rankgerüst in beide Richtungen schauen, man versteht wirklich jedes Wort. Eine weitere Wohnung ist im ersten OG so angeordnet, dass eine direkte Sicht auf die Terrasse im EG gegeben ist. Eine vierte Wohnung im Haus war während unseres Aufenthalts nicht bewohnt. In direkter Nachbarschaft zum Objekt befindet sich ein Campingplatz, der mehrmals am Tag unüberhörbar seine Durchsagen über Lautsprecher verbreitet. Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht, sind jedoch über die ungenaue Beschreibung enttäuscht gewesen, weil wir uns nach der Beschreibung eine Allein-Lage erwartet hatten. Den Vermieter haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, er kümmert sich aus der Ferne über WhattsApp wirklich sehr aufmerksam um seine Gäste.

Perfekt

Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kleinkindern. Ich muss zuvor sagen das wir ungefähr alle 2 Jahre nach Elba reisen und noch nie die perfekte Ferienwohnung/Haus gefunden haben, jetzt kann ich es sagen wir haben es gefunden! Die Lage ist super schön und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Man ist direkt am Strand auch wenn die Steile Treppe gerade mit Kleinkindern manchmal etwas können gebraucht so ist nie etwas passiert. Die Terrassen und die Möglichkeit zu grillen sind wirklich super und der Ausblick erst! Innen ist die untere Ferienwohnung halt, wir nennen es Elbanischen Flair eingerichtet aber alles da was man gebraucht bis hin zur einer Kapsel Kaffeemaschine. Wir hatten einen Tag kurz Probleme mit dem Leitungswasser wo drum sich der Vermieter aber sofort gekümmert hat und wir uns auch sehr gut bei ihm aufgehoben gefühlt haben! Also alles im allen, nächstes mal Elba bedeutet für uns Villa Pineta! Danke für zwei schöne Wochen.... Gruß Matthias

Sehr schöne, komfortable und gepflegte Villa in unglaublicher Lage direkt am Meer mit zwei Terrassen, privatem Zugang zum Strand und einem schönen Pinienwald. Das nahe gelegene, ruhige Camping stört nicht Sehr freundlicher Hausbesitzer Wir kommen wieder.

Beautiful house by the sea, just a few steps away from a private beach. Porto Azzuro can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Schöne Lage, altes Haus

Die Lage der Villa pineta ist toll, es sind nur ein paar Stufen zum Meer. Das Haus steht in einem eingezäunten Grundstück. Nebendran ist ein Campingplatz, der sehr laut ist. Durch die dünnen Fenster konnten wir das laute Partyvolk bis tief in die Nacht hören. Die Möbel im Haus sind sehr alt und haben einen sonderbaren Geruch. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht. Nichts destotrotz konnten wir den Urlaub nicht genießen, was aber natürlich auch immer Geschmackssache ist.

Schöne Wohnung mit Terasse.

Gute Ausstattung und schöne Lage direkt oberhalb am Meer. Über unserer Wohnung war eine weitere Wohnung vermietet und nebenan wohnt der Vermieter. Die private Terasse ist sehr schön könnte aber ein Sonnensegel gebrauchen. Zum Meer mit kleinen schönen Sandstrand (gemeinsam mit dem anliegenden Campingplatz) sind es nur 25 m die Stufen runter.
