This residence surrounded by greenery is a few hundred meters (400) from the picturesque center of Capoliveri. Its slightly hilly position allows it to enjoy a view with the sea in the background, away from the chaos of the center which is very lively in summer. It is accessed through a large piece of land, closed by a private gate, where you can leave your cars in a comfortable way. Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Dimora Capoliveri is a property divided into three apartments in Le Lecce, which is accessed from a large private land closed by a gate, each of which offers large private outdoor spaces with a view of the sea in the background. We are in the municipality of Capoliveri, 400 meters from the centre, where nature and tradition meet, in the squares and alleys of the medieval village.
