It is located right on the border between the municipalities of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, which makes it a perfect junction area for those who want to enjoy both sides at 360 degrees and an excellent base for those who want to tour the island.

We are inside a small residence in the Mola plain, a Naturalistic Park that is part of the larger Tuscan Archipelago, immersed in dense Mediterranean scrub rich in island marine fauna and particular spontaneous vegetation that grows between the countryside and the sea.

Small house with mezzanine - 2 adults + 2 children
The house is completely independent and fenced and internally measures 26 m2. Inside we can find a living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa. From here you access the bathroom with shower and bidet. A boat-style staircase leads to the mezzanine where the sleeping area is located, with two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with suspended bed. The outdoor space will be equipped with a table for outdoor dining (for a maximum of 2 people).

Important information:
- groups of Young People under the age of 21 are not permitted
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros to be paid by credit card, in the event that payment is made in cash, the refund of the deposit cannot be made before 3.00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm; for check-in after 8.30 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- check-out: by 9.00 am
