"Excellent location in the heart of Capitola with steps to the Esplanade and beach. Easy check-in with a code to enter the apartment. Very spacious with a large kitchen/living room area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Safe location for me and my 5 granddaughters. We enjoyed the beach, restaurants, live music in the evening and even walked to Santa Cruz and back for breakfast at the Crow’s Nest. Parking was a little challenging. "Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for...

"The Loft is amazing, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Parking could be a bit easier but we understand it’s the town, not the loft owner’s fault. That being said, only concern is that the coffee maker needs to be cleaned. Other than that, this place and town are amazing. Very difficult to leave, that’s for sure! Thank you for having us!"

"Parking was on the street but right outside our unit, very safe! Unit was very accommodating, communication with the host was great! Condo was darling with huge cumfy beds! Location was perfect, we didn't get back in the car until it was time to leave! We dinned at The Paradise Grill, Margaritaville and Shadowbrook, all highly recommended!"

"Loved this place! The parking is super easy, especially if you have small children. Came to Aptos for a UCSC graduation and the distance from campus is great! Pool is heated so my kiddo was able to swim without freezing. Villa is beautiful and has everything you need to have just relax and not be on the hunt for odds & ends. Thanks again guys! "
