Newly renovated, modern and light family home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 living areas, outdoor shower, cooks kitchen and outdoor entertainment area facing the water. Fully enclosed and safe back yard for dogs. Short 2 minute walk to a safe and sandy swimming beach. Ideal for 2 families, sleeping 11 guests. Great spot for fishing, boating and coastal walks.

Mum’s weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful house. It is comfortable, well equipped and clean. We especially enjoyed the wood heater the beautiful view and proximity of the beach. We highly recommend.

Excellent family accommodation and ideal beach spot

Our family of 8 absolutely loved our stay over Easter. The size of the house is wonderful for a large family/group with 3 living areas and 4 bedrooms (2 up and 2 down). The house was well equipped with practically everything you would require.

Great place to stay

We had an excellent stay at Banksia house last weekend. The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, making meal prep a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it!

Heaven- Home Away From Home.

Myself, three teenagers & my Bff her 3 teenagers stayed for the April school holidays 2024, 10 days in this spectacular accommodation at Cape Woolamai, the photos dont show you just how fanastic Banksia really is. Having teenagers we required space from all the kids and a place that entertained them also. The three lounges meant the louder teenagers were downstairs with karaoke while we stayed upstairs enjoying the fire and the quieter teenagers were in third lounge watching netflix movies Banksia had everyone covered!! During the day they all went off to the beach or on walks being so close to the house got them out instead of on technology all the time.The Host Philip, proved on going advice of local information and support keeping intouch which was appreciated.The stand out for me was definatly the herbs & spices drawer,goals to have thats for sure lol. I always bring everything with me eg spices, food, towels, tea towels etc when I travel, Banksia had everything no need to bring anything but your clothes!! I actually saw my children being kids with the board games provided they all sat around the fire playing. Lovely memories to cherish for life. Already making plans to book for summer holidays. If your looking for a home away from home Banksia is it and defiently alot more. couldnt reccomend a better place to stay. Thanks Philip for providing a home away from home.!!

Banksia House

My husband and I, 2 daughters, their partners and 3 little grandchildren spent 3 nights there. Beautiful house, very close to the beach. Great air conditioning as it was an extremely hot few days. Easy communication with the owner. 3 separate living areas meant there was plenty of space for everyone. Would love another visit as perfect accommodation and perfect location.

Exceptional property

We spent 3 nights at the villa (2 families) and this place is great! Not only the villa was very tidy, new and well equiped, the near by beach is literally 3 minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Wonderful accommodation with plenty of room for families.

We loved our relaxing and easy stay. Very well set up home, with multiple living spaces, great hosts and communication. The house is very comfortable and clean. Very easy walk to the beach and convenient location, highly recommend for families and friends.

Spacious modern beach house in prime location

The house is in an excellent location, with a lovely beach at the end of the street that is suitable for children and dogs. The house itself is spectacular (better than the photos), with ocean views and multiple living areas for different family members. The kitchen is very well appointed and it’s easy to prepare meals for larger groups. Philip was great to deal with. We will definitely be back.

MotoGP 2023

Booked our group in for a 3 night stay on motogp weekend. House is a great place for a group or family, immaculately clean, fresh & very well appointed. Great location, very quiet area, easy drive to circuit, basic supermarket pub & pizza shop a short walk or 2 min drive away. Great family friendly property

We stayed with another family. Great for the two families. Two separate bathrooms made it very easy. The beds were comfortable. The wood fire was great with plenty of wood. Location is fabulous. Very short walk to the beach. Very quiet. Fabulous host. Great communication. Very clean. Will be back.

Relaxing house, well appointed and excellent location

My family and our small dog had a wonderful time while staying here. It was well appointed, and plenty of different zone for the kids to hang out in and the adults to enjoy the fire and the view. Location is great, very quiet, gorgeous view across the trees to the water in the distance. Neighbourhood was friendly with plenty of locals out walking every morning and night. The house was spotlessly clean, and all linen and towels were beautiful. We loved our time here and will definitely return! Thanks for having us!

5 Star Luxury in Perfect Location

We have stayed in holiday accommodation at Woolamai for many years and this house is by far the leader of the pack. We could have chosen a cheaper place but we wanted to spoil ourselves and having 2 teenage boys and pet close to dog beach meant they could go for walks off leash every morning and night. 2 lounges meant the boys were downstairs while we stayed upstairs. The herbs & spices drawer was amazing and all cooking utensils we could want. Highly recomend this place to anyone.
