The room was clean, but much smaller than I anticipated & could have been better maintained. Also, directions for the heat/AC unit would have been really helpful.

The hotel has a wonderful location in the heart of town and a block from boardwalk. The rooms are out dated with very small bathrooms and tv. The breakfast is free but has a very poor selection. The staff is friendly.
