Swim in the heated pool, light the grill for a cookout, or watch a sports event in the outdoor living room. Embark on aquatic adventures across Cape Coral canals from the private dock. Or explore nearby options for shopping, entertainment, and waterfront dining.

LIVING AREA

Relax in the main living room, complete with a smart TV and aquatic-themed decor.

Play cards, board games, or mini-foosball in the game room, where a table has four built-in swinging seats. The gaming cocktail table has up to 60 classic arcade games for your enjoyment. A desk provides a convenient spot to check email.

Kick back in the family room while enjoying movies on the flat-screen TV. The fireplace adds a warm ambience.

KITCHEN & DINING

The gleaming kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Select a beverage from the wine fridge and perch at the center island with bar seating for four. Serve meals at the four-person dining table.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms, each with a smart TV.

The primary suite has a king bed, lanai access, and an en-suite bathroom with a doorless walk-in shower and dual vanity.

The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed.

The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual vanity, and lanai access.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The highlight of this home is the outdoor living area, where lounge seating makes entertaining a breeze. Use the gas grill to host a cookout on the fully screened lanai; the dining table seats six. Watch the game on the flat-screen TV, or chat by the glow of the gas firepit.

Take a dip in the 6-feet deep heated pool while enjoying unobstructed views of the lake. Enjoy eating breakfast or being out on the lanai or dock where you can see manatees, dolphins, stingrays, and other sea life.

The private dock is perfect for dining alfresco or starting your boating adventures -- navigate through neighboring waterways and make your way out to the Gulf of Mexico!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and two kayaks are provided.

Driveway parking is provided for two cars. Street parking is not permitted. The dock is available for boats up to 35’ for tie-up only (the boat lift is not for guest use). Boat trailers are not permitted in the driveway or on the lawn.

This single-story house is accessed via one step at the entry.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
