Soaring, vaulted ceilings in the open-concept main living space; Smart TV's with streaming channels in every room (guests will need to provide their own logins for subscription-based channels.) Abundant natural lighting and ceiling fans throughout.

Living room with reclining leather furnishings, large Smart TV and direct lanai access through the sliding glass doors; adjacent den with quiet seating area.

Well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, prep island, eating bar with barstool seating for 3, and eating nook with bar-height table for 4. Cookware, dinnerware and many small electrical appliances and kitchen tools provided including a Keurig coffeemaker.

Split floor plan with master suite and guest bedroom on opposites sides of the home, allowing privacy for guests.

Primary suite enjoys a view of the lanai and direct access through large sliding glass doors. Other features include a king bed, wall mounted Smart TV with streaming channels and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom offers a double sink vanity, walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking bathtub.

2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV.

3rd guest bedroom has a pair of twin beds and a Smart TV.

Shared guest bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower.

Heated pool and Outdoor living space enclosed in a fully screened lanai with shaded seating area, Smart TV, sundeck with sun loungers, additional seating and a self-service propane grill (propane replacement, if needed, is guest's responsibility.) A privacy hedge surrounds the entire back yard.

Doors operate on an electronic door lock, so no keys to keep track of as you come and go.

There is a security camera on the front of the house and one over the pool, for insurance purposes.

There is an ADT security system installed that will notify, via short beeps, if one of the doors is left partially open.

Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers. With extensive waterways and boat rental options, it's a water-lovers playground - whether you enjoy fishing or just a leisurely cruise along the miles of local canals, make sure to get out on the water during your time in SW Florida. A fisherman's paradise can be found in nearby Matlacha, Pine Island, or Bokeelia. For the beach lover, you're a short drive to the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. Close to the home is the Palmetto Pines public golf course. Two popular waterfront fine dining and shopping districts are nearby - Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point. The southeast corner of the Cape has a lively nightlife and dining area; there are numerous parks, including a family friendly waterpark that is open seasonally and the Yacht Club Beach Park which is open year-round; grocery stores, shopping plazas and dining are in plentiful supply throughout the Cape.

This property is approximately 24 miles from RSW International Airport and 19 miles from Fort Myers Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, front entry way, lanai and garage.

No pets allowed.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & nighttime temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.
