Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Perfect Vacation Home

If you are currently searching vacation spots and this home is an option, you can stop looking now! THIS.HOME.IS.PERFECT. Extremely clean, well stocked - literally everything that you need from the kitchen to the beach supplies, quiet neighborhood...The list goes on. Don't even get me started on the pool, our eight year old's dream come true! And then, the location is fantastic as well! About 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and 55 to Sanibel. But then also, two blocks down is a Publix and Target. It was beyond convenient. Our trip was truly great, largely in part to this home. One million thumbs up!
