There are 3 bedrooms, they are all equipped with a King bed. Two of the three bedrooms have sliding doors opening to the lanai, pool, and dock and every bedroom features its own 65-inch flat smart tv. Top quality towels, linens and mattresses.

The master bathroom en suite boasts a walk-in shower with two rain shower heads so that each person can adjust the temperature to their liking, toilet, and bidet.

Between the 2 guest bedrooms is a bathroom with a walk-in-shower with an overhead rain shower head. This bathroom also has access to the outdoors so that when in the pool you have access to the bathroom.

The house is an open concept from the large living room and spacious gourmet kitchen which boasts a 12-foot island that sits up to 6 people and is fully stocked kitchen with gourmet gas cook top/oven.

High speed wireless internet, Sonos sound bar, Smart 75 inch in the living room with Netflix, Amazon Prime. Living area has a tv/fireplace wall.

The lanai is completely screened in with a paver deck and a large electric heated saltwater swimming pool with its northern exposure which gives you the best of both worlds with plenty of sun to be in the pool or sun bathe by the pool or on the dock or if you prefer shade there are plenty of areas in the lanai that provide plenty of shade with 2 different sitting areas equipped with their own fire pit and a dinning table with seating for 6 to enjoy your meal al fresco.

The dock is 40 feet into the lake. Sit at the dock with the fire pit enjoying a cocktail and if it is a cool evening make sure to spark up the fire pit and maybe enjoy a smores for the ultimate experience of Sunrises and Sunsets everyday and every evening creating the ideal Florida getaway. You also have the ability to dock up to a 36-foot boat in the back of the house, as well as 3 additional boats.

Love to fish? You can fish from the dock too and for added convenience there is a fish cleaning table. There is easy access to launch the provided KAYACKS and enjoy a paddle around the immense canal system in SW Cape Coral. Be sure to look for interesting and beautiful wildlife, including, dolphins, manatees, many types of wonderful eagles, pelicans and more!

The house is located just 2 miles from the lovely Tarpon Point Marina Complex, where you can enjoy the Westin Resort, fine dining live music and bars, family dining, coffee and ice cream shops, harbor and sightseeing tours, and more! Not to be outdone, the Cape Harbour Marina Complex has similar offerings and is just a mile from this home. There are also lovely parks and hikes nearby, including The Rotary Park Environmental Center and the Glover Bight Boardwalk and Observation Enjoy exploring this beautiful part of SW Florida!
