Guests may experience construction noise and debris during working hours (typically weekdays, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, subject to change). The pool and hot tub are expected to be closed for large portions of the project duration. We appreciate your understanding while these improvements are underway.

    - THE UNIT -

    Whether you are looking to get away and relax, or have a much needed family vacation, this unit has everything that you would possibly need to kick back and relax!

    When you first step into this breezy oceanfront condo, the first thing you will notice is the ocean in front of you. This comfortable, beach chic unit is the perfect place to unwind and spend time with family. Listen to waves while you sit perched on the high top chairs on your private balcony, or relax in the comfortable living room watching your favorite movie.

    The living room, kitchen & dining area are open concept, so you can enjoy the spectacular view while you are cooking, eating or lounging. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, a fully renovated ensuite, closet and TV. The guest room has a queen bed, closet & TV. There is a second bathroom off of the common space. * Air mattress available for additional sleeping space

    The unit also has the little things that make your vacation that much more relaxing. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, pack & play, beach chairs, toys, linens & towels, free wifi & free parking.

    - THE BUILDING & LOCATION -

    Cape Winds is a beautiful complex that has has amenities for the whole family. Lounge around the large pool, rest in the hot tub, or get active on the tennis & basketball courts. There is a short boardwalk right at the complex to get to the white sandy beach - you couldn't be any closer!! The complex is situated 1.2 miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions.

    The area has so many amazing activities for adults and kids alike; including the Kennedy Space Center, downtown Cocoa Beach, quaint & historic Cocoa Village, Ron Jons Surf Shop, Brevard Zoo, golf, surfing, Disney (45 minutes away), and of course, the beach!

    BOOKING TIP: Discounts are automatically applied for stays 7 nights & greater! The longer you stay, the bigger the discount!

Summer Vacation

Been all over, inside and outside of the coast of Florida, stayed many places but this was exceptional... location to the beach, amenities and 304 looked newly remodeled...we will be back...oh yeah you can see the rocket launch from the deck!

Everything was as advertised. We liked the handicapped parking and the elevator being so close to the parking lot and of course, the pool and the view.

Communication with property manager Amanda was extremely easy with quick responses. From the moment of booking the condo to check out, everything was easy and communicated well. The property was beautiful and greatly located! We could not have asked for a more perfect place!

Peaceful

Booked this Florida trip to get away from work and relax. Condo was very peaceful and quiet. Great area to walk around. We also loved looking for the cruise ships leaving port. Amanda was great to work with.

Ocean view was perfect

Unit was as pictured on VRBO! Had everything we needed for a wonderful Christmas trip. Close to restaurants and grocery! Kelcy was exceptional when answering our questions!

Terrific condo, clean and comfortable

Cape Winds Unit 304 is a favourite of ours; we’ve stayed there several times and plan to stay again. Always clean, up to date, and comfortable furniture. Beds were very restful. The view from terrace is expansive and preferable to the ground floor. Cape Winds’ pool is always clean and rarely crowded.

Our stay was wonderful ! The condo was clean, had a wonderful view and a nice pool with beach access. We did not do any cooking but it looked like there was plenty of stuff to do so. The only thing I would say would be invest in some better quality toilet paper 😉

Great holiday location!

Beautiful condo, was well equipped for all our needs. Beach front, took about a minute to get our spot on the beach, and best of all the condo has beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc so there's was no need to buy anything during our stay! Kelsey was very receptive and quick to answer emails. Our family enjoyed our stay so much, we hope to get back and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Having a view of the ocean from your balcony makes all your troubles go away! Condo was perfect and being able to walk to the beach a positive. The beach was not crowded at all during our stay. The pool is a great size and very clean. We enjoyed our daily stops there as well. We will return for sure! Orlando airport is a little overwhelming, however.

great location, super accommodating host, great views. Only is the sofa needs to be replaced and recliner in the pictures was not there. Also, a kitchen disposal would be nice. But, the decor, location and amenities were great. We would return

We had a great stay at Cape Winds! The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed for our week stay stay. The two bedrooms worked out great for two couples. Most second bedrooms do not have a queen bed so that was very nice. We used the grill on several nights which was very relaxing by the pool. The pool and spa were very clean. The location is perfect. Direct ocean view with a nice size balcony. Covered parking was nice as well. We will be back!

Last Minute Getaway

The condo was great and the view was even better! We only had a minor issue with the sheets/blankets being dirty. We did not notify anyone due to us being able to wash them ourselves and we didnt feel like it was that big of a deal. Everything else was great! Would definitely recommend staying here. The beach was never busy and we were able to watch 3 rocket launches. It was perfect for our family of 5!

The condo had everything we could possibly want or need. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender, & even a crockpot! The unit was clean & comfortable. Beautiful direct ocean front view. Kelly was friendly & kept in contact before, during, & after our visit to make sure we were satisfied. No complaints. Would recommend renting this unit to others.
