  • Cape Winds Resort is a well maintained, oceanfront complex located in Cape Canaveral between Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. The resort is steps from the beach and this unit is on the oceanside that directly overlooks the ocean. You can easily join other beach lovers soaking up sun on the beach, frolicking in the waves or strolling the beach to the port or south to the Cocoa Beach Pier. From the beach, you have a great view of the rocket launches. In addition to the ocean, the resort has a beautiful heated pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor charcoal BBQ grill, a basketball court and 2 tennis/pickleball courts. The resort is just minutes from grocery shopping and a short drive to Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach where you explore local seafood markets, restaurants, bars and shops. Many of the bars offer music and dancing on the weekends. The resort is also an hour away from all of the entertainment parks in Orlando.

    If you're looking for a beachy, classy ocean front condo, this two bedroom, two bathroom with a balcony is ideal for 5 people. This third-floor unit has a breathtaking view of the ocean and the beautiful, soft, white sandy beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony, living room, dining area and kitchen. The view from the balcony and living room will leave you speechless. Simply listening to the beach will wash away any stress. The balcony offers a great place to relax while overlooking the ocean and the voyage of the cruise ships. Comfortable chairs and outside dining table makes the balcony a perfect place for a break from the ocean.

    The unit has everything you will need for a stay at the beach. You only need to bring your food, drinks, and clothes. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys are provided. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare just about any meal. The bathrooms have all the basics including hand soap, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Both bedrooms have the basics and very comfortable with plenty of storage and a tv. Publix & Dollar General are a short distance away if you need to shop for more food, snacks and more beach accessories.

    This two bedroom, two bath condo can comfortably sleep up to five. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom provides extra sleeping space with both a full and twin bed. The second bath is a full bath located in the hallway off the second bedroom. This condo also has washer and dryer inside the unit.

Everything was clean and in working order, great kitchen with everything we needed.

We would book there again, the pool was wonderful, easy walk to the ocean and everything you need at the beach there.

Loved the beach, pool, jacuzzi, and easy access! Great vacay for our family! Enjoyed the new king bed and loved the deck!

Great weather the whole stay. Redoing the beach was a little inconvenience but entertained watching daily construction. Great area to vacation in.

So much fun and so much to watch in Cape Canaveral. Cruise ships and Space X …We watched a Space X launch on the beach. It was amazing. Great restaurants too.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was clean, well stocked with needed supplies, comfortable beds, easily accessible with plenty of parking and a beautiful view of the ocean. Hope to return next year!

Amazing view of the ocean!

The property was perfect for our get away to warm weather! The view of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful and being just a few steps to the beach and ocean was just what we were looking for. We also loved the pool and hot tub! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location

The condo was great, and the owners were easy to reach with any questions. The condo has everything we needed for a vacation..basketball, tennis, pool, hot tub, and the beach! Great experience for our family.

The condo was great. The beach is amazing of course and it’s fun to watch the cruise ships coming and going. Also we got to see a rocket launch!!! Great trip. Thank you!

Nice location, beautiful. Unobstructed, Ocean View

Great view of the ocean. Not crowded on the beach. Clean and plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels (including beach towels) plenty of parking, and tennis and basketball courts with supplies, pool was very comfortable temp. The hosts are nice and responsive, we would stay again!

I recommend staying here. The view of the ocean was spectacular just watching the cruise ship. Just 20 mins to KSC. Willmake this are nect year away from home

Great location

This unit is great for a family vacation at the beach. Fred was very responsive and the unit was ready as promised. This was our second time staying in this unit, and it didn't disappoint.

Nice place

They all seem to be nice condos, we've stayed at several units here in past 3 years with family having their own units as well. Easy access to beach and nice area. Watch cruise ships from balcony along with turtles and bunnies. Beach isn't packed out which is nice. Never have parking issues, availability to park under tennis courts is nice to keep car cooler.

Great Location!

Right on the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place for a condo. You can practically touch the waves! All the more special since we saw an unmanned and manned launch from Cape Canaveral. Right from our balcony! Loved just watching the tides roll in and out from the balcony. So calming and yet mesmerizing. A truly enjoyable experience. Lisa is an awesome host. Always responsive and helpful.

Excellent emplacement

C'est notre deuxième année. Beaucoup de choses utiles pour la cuisine, pour la plage . Tout le nécessaire en savon, shampoing, serviettes. Tout le nécessaire pour l'entretien. Plusieurs serviettes de plage, plusieurs livres et jeux. Vue sur la mer , tranquille. Piscine chauffée. Etc. Endroit très conseillé à y rester plusieurs jours.

Older condo but great location.

Older condo,great location! Beach chairs were broken and couldn’t use. We went and purchased chairs to use. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced!!! They added foam top but all that did is make you sink in and get hot. We end up sleeping in the second bedroom on a twin and full bed. Should have someone go through condo inventory every month. See what needs to be replace. Like the burnt baking pan. Location is great!

Unité de condo avec toutes les commodités tel qu'annoncé, face à la plage, tranquilité des voisins. Tous les planchers en céramique, facile pour entretien. Beaucoup de literie, de vaisselle. Accès à des circuits de Vélo sécuritaire. Recommandé pour une famille de 5.

Great Stay!

We have stayed in this exact condo several trips to Cape Canaveral. Location is ideal. In between Cape Canaveral port & Cocoa Beach pier. It is the perfect place to watch rockets take off. We love the pool & hot tub. The condo is clean & the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. There are several beach items but you may need an extra beach chair or two depending on how many you have in your party. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
