This unit was advertised as a three bedroom (each with a bed) and a sofa bed to accommodate eight guests. When we arrived, we found that there was no sofa bed. We had four adults and four children and we were expecting the sofa bed. We reached out to the property management company who did bring us an air mattress the second night which helped. The unit had many light switches that did not work (you had to manually go to the lamp to turn on the light). It also had holes in the master closet that had not been patched or painted. Many things looked unfinished, like the master bedroom door had been painted, and the painters tape was still stuck around the hook on the backside of the door, like it had not been removed after painting. There were not eight sets of matching plates, bowls etc. It’s a small detail, but if you’re going to advertise as accommodating eight, you should have that many that match. The toaster did not work. The air conditioning unit is in the hallway closet and it’s very loud when it runs. It was hard to talk or sleep when it was running if you were near that area. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect. Very close to the beach with a great heated pool and great amenities. The property management company is responsive, which is appreciated. There is plenty of parking on site.
