Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Haus zu klein. Wäre max. für 2 Erwachsene und 1 kleines Kind passend. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tips. Anlage um das Haus herum ist gepflegt und läd zum relaxen ein.

Wir hatten wunderschöne zwei Wochen im Haus von Stefania. Stefania hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, hat uns super Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich inkl. Pool ist unglaublich toll und groß. Danke Stefania für deine Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Sweetest place ever!

This is the sweetest place we have ever stayed. We did not want to leave. Stefania is amazing. She got us reservations at the perfect restaurant up the hill. She is wonderful to work with. The bed was incredibly comfortable which is so important. The back yard is perfect for watching the sunset. The views are as advertised. Thank you, Stefania for making our time so memorable.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Sie hat sehr viele Ausflugsstipps und sehr gute Restaurantsempfehlungen geben können.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus von Stefania verbraucht. Es ist sehr schön-im toskanischen Stil- und die Umgebung einfach traumhaft. Außerdem ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird (Reiningsmittel, sogar Kaffeepulver). Wir haben vor allem die Ruhe und den Ausblick genossen und können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt mit Stefania war jeder Zeit ausgezeichnet. Besten Dank.

Traum-Urlaub mit Traum-Unterkunft

Für unsere erste Toskana Reise haben wir ein traumhaftes toskanisches Haus mit einem schönen Garten und einer atemberaubenden Aussicht gefunden. Es war eine wundervolle Woche. Stefanie ist eine super Gastgeberin, das Haus ist super ausgestattet und entspricht vollumfänglich der Beschreibung. Danke an Stefania, wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

perfect hideaway

We stayed already with Stefania in 2023, she is the perfect host. The house is equipped with everything you need, very clean and very stylish. The location, 7 km outside Lucca, is excellent and ideal for day trips to the surrounding area. We are already looking forward to seeing Stefania again next year

Cute little house for a short vacation

Hi there, We (my wife and I) spent about 1 week at the house. The house is small and cute and comes with all basics amenities for the first days. The garden is nice, especially if you have kids or a small dog. When it is warm one can sit and have meals outside. During out trip in early march it was still a little cold, so we didn‘t use this opportunity too much. The house has a fireplace, which makes the whole house and clothes smell like cold smoke, even though we didn’t use the fire place. No big issue but good to know. For our 1 week stay we had additional costs of about 120 Euros for electricity and gas. Since the house is somewhat older and not very well insulated, expect higher energy needed to heat/cool the house than you are used to. The house is reachable by car, i would not recommend trying to use public transport in that area. Going shopping and out to eat is definitely reliant on always driving everywhere. There are however nice areas to walk throughout the Tuscan fields close by. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other guests as well. If the opportunity comes again, we will happily come back.

Perfect get away.

Home was exactly as described on VRBO. As an added bonus the view of the surrounding area was magnificent. The property was set up well for an extended stay. Only had 2 minor issues and the property owner had them taken care of in minutes.

Toskana im Winter

Wunderbar renoviertes Haus mit Garten, sehr gut für Hunde geeignet. Ruhige Lage etwas abseits, Auto auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren knapp 4 Wochen dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Schöne Unterkunft in herrlicher Umgebung

Leider war unser Aufenthalt etwas verregnet. Dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in dem wirklich schönen und gemütlichen Haus! Von der Ankunft und Übergabe bis zur Abreise gab es nichts zu beklagen und Stefania ist eine herzliche und freundliche Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!

A little paradise - very beautiful!!

We spent two weeks in Stefania's house. It was perfect all around. The house is beautifully and very stylishly decorated - everything is new and very clean. The house and the beautiful garden look exactly like the photos! Really fantastic. The garden is also very nice, a large fenced area where our dog also felt very comfortable. The view of the mountains is phenomenal. It's very quiet, you can really relax. The pool is also a highlight - perfect for cooling off and swimming. There are nice restaurants in the area - also with a view of Lucca. Stefania is there to help and advise. We really enjoyed our time - we are now back in Germany and feel like we have been kicked out of paradise. Thank you, Stefania, for everything! It was so wonderful!!

North Italy tour

A beautiful stone built house in the heart of Tuscany. Beautiful location, stunning views. Stefania (owner of the property) was there on arrival gave us a tour of the house. She was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit and things to do. Stefania was also available if we had any questions throughout our week stay. We are back home now and we already know we will be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcome

Tolles Haus in einer schönen Lage

Udmærket ophold

Vi har boet i huset i 2? Uger og må nok erkende, at det var en anelse småt til 6 mennesker fra 14 år og op. Ny aircondition var god, huset er lidt mørkt, men absolut svalt i heden og pænt indrettet. Vi var der i hedebølge og der er det lidt en ‘gryde’, helt i læ og neget, meget varmt i haven. Huset er ok udstyret, men der er kun akkurat service nok, måske kunne dette forbedres. Vi har haft en udmærket oplevelse og set os om i Toscana, men ville nok vælge med mere udsigt næste gang og betale lidt ekstra for kølig pool :) Vh Anna og familie.

Beautiful Tuscan Getaway

Exactly as advertised. Wonderfully rustic farmhouse. Our host, Stephanie was a joy. Always ready to assist. The old stone walls kept the downstairs cool despite the 35C temperatures, and the upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. Every evening, out back, we sipped super Tuscan wines amid jasmine scented views of the majestic mountains and a lovely olive grove. Great central location. Easy day trips to visit Lucca, Florence, Pisa, and the Cinque Terre. We had a wonderful vacation.

Tolle Lage im Hinterland von Lucca

Das Haus ist abseits von Lucca und wunderschön gelegen. Man hat ein kleines Häuschen mit viel Platz (für 4 Personen) und tollem, privatem Garten. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden*. Wer Hitze gut haben kann, ist hier genau richtig. Dank Klimaanlage sind die Schlafzimmer oben gut zu kühlen. Die Räume unten schattig und kühl. Draußen auf der Terrasse wird es bei 35 Grad im Sommer sehr heiß ;-) Unter den tollen, grossen Lindenbäumen findet man aber ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wer gerne mit dem Auto oder dem Rennrad unterwegs ist, sollte dieses Objekt wählen. Für einen reinen Badeurlaub ist es zu weit zum Meer. Ein Pool ist nicht vorhanden, das wäre für uns und unsere Kinder perfekt gewesen ;-) Die Häuser drumherum haben einen Pool. Für Besuche in der Umgebung (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz usw.) super Lage. Die Gastgeberin Stefania ist sehr freundlich und hat uns alles ausführlich im Haus erklärt. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiter empfehlen. *Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Ausstattung der technischen Geräte in der Küche, die vielleicht besser einmal ausgetauscht werden müssten ;-) Danke für die tolle Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Séjour agréable mais...

Jolie maison bien située pour rayonner dans la région. La terrasse couverte est appréciable. Literie et salle de bain correcte mais équipements cuisine à remplacer. Les ustensiles sont vieux et de mauvaise qualité pour cuisiner correctement, dommage pour le niveau de prix. Signalé à la propriétaire, par ailleurs aimable et professionnelle. Pour le reste, agréable séjour dans la maison.

Eine schöne, romantische Rustica am Olivenhain

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Häuschen von Stefania. Dieses Haus ist perfekt für Autoreisende als Stützpunkt. Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, das Meer sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die wunderschöne Toskanische Berge mit vielen kleinen malerischen Orten sind in ein Paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren begeistert von Collodi, Villa Marina, Monte Carlo und weitere Kleinode sind leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben die Reise sehr genossen.

Toscaans huis op een mooie plek

Het huis is typisch toscaans niet luxe maar wel knus en gezellig en schoon. Parkeren kan naast het huis op het eigen terrein. Er is airco op de slaapkamers en goede wifi. De eigenaresse heeft ons warm ontvangen en staat klaar voor vragen en/of hulp. Er is een ruime tuin met uitzicht op de bergen waar je prive zit en er is een buitenkeuken met eettafel. De ligging is super! Een uurtje vanaf Florence, 15 minuten naar het prachtige Lucca, 30 km naar het strand en 45 naar Pisa. De omgeving is prachtig dus als je ervoor kiest om de snel/tolwegen te vermijden heb je ook een mooie rit naar de genoemde plaatsen. Er zit ook een grote supermarkt op 3 km afstand. Als je uit eten wilt hoef je niet naar de stad er zijn veel kleine restaurantjes dichtbij. Wij hebben genoten!
