Kevin House is an independent house of 100 square meters. located on the ground floor of a three-storey family building. The house consists of: kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom with Jacuzzi, three double bedrooms, swimming pool, garden and veranda. In the property's internal courtyard, you can park up to three cars. Lucca is famous for its walls and historic center, 100 churches, historic villas, wine and oil from its hills.
The house offers large, cozy and clean rooms where you can spend your holiday with your family and friends. The house has independent heating. In the kitchen at your disposal you will find the dishwasher, the fridge, dishes, glasses, cutlery and crockery, toaster, microwave, kettle, kitchen linen.
