  • Esta preciosa casa de campo del siglo XVIII, reformada en 2020 para convertirla en una encantadora villa rural, es sin duda una forma única de vivir unas vacaciones inolvidables en la Toscana.
    Está situada a un paso de una aldea medieval, en la ladera de una colina a 10 km al norte de Lucca, en una zona verde y con vistas panorámicas. El patio cubierto, la mágica piscina y todo el jardín en terrazas permiten a nuestros huéspedes disfrutar del paisaje inmaculado mientras se relajan por completo. Por último, es un refugio perfecto para utilizarlo como base en la Toscana, sin dejar de disfrutar de la vida de una auténtica mansión toscana

    PLANTA BAJA
    La planta baja da a un enorme salón con chimenea, televisión, sofás, mesa y sillas. Desde el salón se accede a cuatro dormitorios y tres baños (uno de ellos en suite), todos equipados con instalaciones modernas.

    PLANTA INTERMEDIA
    Desde un patio cubierto, ideal para almorzar y cenar al aire libre, se accede a un salón con sofás, televisión y chimenea, así como al comedor. Una puerta da a la cocina típica toscana, totalmente equipada. En esta planta hay un baño de invitados

    En la primera planta hay un dormitorio principal con baño-suite

    EXTERIOR
    Las magníficas vistas de las colinas onduladas, las antiguas iglesias y el increíble pueblo cercano hacen que la zona exterior y el gran jardín sean un lugar muy especial y relajante para pasar unas vacaciones. En distintos rincones del jardín hay tumbonas para disfrutar de la paz y la belleza de este lugar mágico.

    Una maravillosa piscina infinita, con cenador y sofás, se encuentra en una zona elevada y domina toda la propiedad y el valle que se extiende a sus pies. Hay un vestuario y un baño cerca de la piscina.

    Nada más salir por la puerta, te esperan maravillosos paseos y la oportunidad de hacer excursiones y senderismo por las antiguas y estrechas callejuelas medievales empedradas del pueblo, donde podrás vivir de verdad el auténtico encanto de una pequeña aldea toscana del siglo X.

This is a truly beautiful property in a tranquil setting with breathtaking views. The property has all the conveniences you could wish for, which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We received a warm welcome from Monica and Dario who also provided some tips on local attractions and restaurants. I cannot recommend La Crocetta highly enough!

Det smukkeste sted og et virkeligt fantastisk hus med den smukkeste udsigt. Ro, afslappet luksus, saltvandspool. God stil - har alt hvad du behøver. 4 badeværelser og et ekstra toilet. Super udeområde, hvor der også lufter sat overdækket loungeområde ved poolen. Rigtig mange små kroge og nok læggestole til alle. Vil til enhver tid anbefale stedet og ikke mindst værten Monica, som er det sødeste, hjælpsomme menneske Et sted man kun kan drømme om at komme tilbage til

Fantastic Stay in Tuscany!

We had an amazing stay in 'La Crocetta' ! The property is even more beautiful than in photos, the pool was amazing, and the sunset views were unbeatable. We had six adults and two children stay very comfortably in the home. It is also centrally located, an easy drive to Florence, Luca, the Italian Seaside at Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, as well as Pisa. We loved our stay and hope to go back again soon!

Multigenerational visit

Wonderful time, Villa was perfect for our group that spanned 8-78 years old. Pool was perfect. Monica and Dario were welcoming and helpful. Sad to leave!

Wow! Just wow! We loved everything about this villa. It was even better than described. The villa was in excellent condition- high end finishes, so well maintained. It had a beautiful lawn for kids to play on, the pool was amazing with beautiful views of Tuscany. We had a family of 9 and we had plenty of space for all. The hosts provided wonderful recommendations for local attractions/activities. Highly recommend the restaurant at the top of the hill in the little village. It’s rustic and charming - order the tortellini and steak- you won’t be disappointed! Also, the larger town of Lucca isn’t far and is adorable! Really great shopping, restaurants, and bike rentals. Biking the walls of Lucca is a must do! Overall, can’t say enough wonderful things about this stay other than I wish we could have stayed longer. When you dream of time in Tuscany, this is it!

Our high expectations were exceeded

We were so excited for our stay. The pictures on the listing were gorgeous and somehow the home and views are even more breathtaking in person. I cannot recommend this home highly enough. The caretaker Monica was so kind, gracious and is an incredible cook! We cannot wait to return soon.

Just Wow! This house was more than we could have hoped for and more. We were first time travelers to Italy, a family of 6 with kids that ranged from 5 years to 13. It was the perfect set-up for our family. Monica and Dario were amazing and answered any and all questions we had. They also helped organize someone to come into the home to cook us dinner. Isa was amazing and it was a highlight of our entire trip! We still have dreams of the view and sitting outside eating dinner every night. The location was perfect, up far enough to have the view, but not too far that the drive was challenging. It was the perfect home base for us. We did rent a car, which I am glad we did because we had the flexibility to explore the area. This house and the stay there will always have a special place in our hearts and hope to be back soon!

Lucca hills vacation

Our stay at this Lucca hills country house in late May/early June was magnificent! Dario was an outstanding host and Monica the house manager was incredible. They were very helpful and replied promptly to any questions. We loved this part of Tuscany and will definitely be back. Grazie mille Dario and Monica!

Quite Frankly, One of a Kind

It is hard to describe how incredible this stay was. We stayed as a family of six adults, and the home was a great space to be together while allowing each person to have their own space. Location-wise, you are at the base of the quintessential Tuscan hamlet, San Gennaro, and then close (5 min drive) to Collodi, a bit larger and hidden mountain village. The views from the home are unbeatable as well. Dario (owner) and Monica (property manager) were two of the best hosts we have ever encountered. If you are debating whether or not to stay here, consider the decision made.

Five star rating

House was super clean and comfortable. Assistant Monica was incredibly helpful and kind and spoke some English. She not only gave great information but dropped off a cake for my daughters birthday. The home had all the conveniences of home along with much more. This was super conveniently located and close to Lucca and Pisa. An hour away from a few more line Florence and CinqueTerra and more. Comfortable for ten. Great little restaurant close as well. We really enjoyed our stay. Cheers We will be back.

Een fantastisch huis op een prachtige locatie. We werden heel fijn welkom geheten en na een korte rondleiding was duidelijk dat we ons hier prima konden vermaken. De woning was brandschoon en zeer compleet. Naast voldoende slaapkamers en sanitair is bijvoorbeeld ook de keuken voorzien van alles dat je nodig hebt. De tuin is aangelegd in meerdere verdiepingen met een prachtig uitzicht op het dal en omringende heuvels/bergen. Het bijbehorende zwembad ligt op zo’n verdieping.Parkeergelegenheid is er meer dan genoeg.Supermarkten en eetgelegenheden in de nabije omgeving.Niet alleen de woning en de tuin hebben bijgedragen aan de positieve ervaring. Ook de property managers hebben dit. Zeer vriendelijke mensen waarmee heel goed gecommuniceerd kan worden in het Engels. Ze hebben dagelijks voor ons klaargestaan.

The views are simply breathtaking...rolling hills, ancient churches, and a medieval hamlet stretch as far as the eye can see, and no photo can capture the magic of sitting by the infinity pool at sunset.The house is a beautifully restored 1700s farmhouse that blends authentic Tuscan charm with modern luxury. Every corner is immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The living spaces are spacious and inviting, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms are elegant, comfortable, and serene. Staying here feels like inhabiting a true Tuscan mansion.Our hosts, Dario and Monica, were beyond welcoming. Their warmth, attentiveness, and helpful guidance made everything effortless and enhanced every aspect of our stay.From al fresco meals on the patio to peaceful strolls through the nearby medieval village, every moment felt magical. This property is the ultimate Tuscan retreat, perfectly combining beauty, comfort, and authenticity. We cannot recommend it highly enough and are already dreaming of our next visit.

Heaven on Earth

My family (we were 9) had the most amazing time at this gorgeous property. The place is very special and you truly experience the magic of Tuscany. In addition of the beautiful Villa, Monica, who manages the property is a jewel, always attentive to our every need. Grazie cara Monica. And Dario is just someone you want to keep as a friend forever! I can't thank you both enough. The only bad experience was having to leave! A pronto!!

Wunderbare Villa

Die Villa ist wunderschön inmitten eines Olivenhains gelegen mit Weitsicht bis nach Lucca. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, mit einem grossen Garten und einem schönen Pool, und das Haus ist hochwertig und modern ausgerüstet. Dario und Monica waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns mit guten Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge versorgt. Wir können die Villa vorbehaltslos weiter empfehlen.
