Welcome to our beautiful one bedroom apartment!
Here you will find a spacious living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an equipped open kitchen, a full bathroom with shower and washing machine and a comfy master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
It can host up to 5 guests.
The apartment is equipped with A/C at an extra weekly cost, an outdoor parking space, TV, a stunning terrace and a shared swimming pool.
The building comes with a lift.

-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.
-A/C (if available): 50eur per week
-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed. From 50 to 80eur pet/week:
°small: up to 6kg> 50eur
°medium: up to 14kg> 70eur
°large: above 14kg> 80eur

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

Porto Santa Margherita is gifted with wide and sandy beaches on the Adriatic Sea, a lovely and long promenade for relaxing walks and fascinating fishing traditions, which you can enjoy along the waterways of Caorle lagoon. The beaches are excellently equipped, lined with rows of sunbeds and umbrellas.

Porto Santa Margherita is the ideal destination for families and groups of friends. Bike rental is also available for you. You can relax on the beach or do several sports, from tennis, bowls, beach tennis, beach volley and beach soccer to water sports, such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, parafly, water skiing and fishing. You can enjoy excellent food in all the restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops across the town. Also, you can shop at supermarkets for great gastronomic products, souvenir and clothes shops.
