This two-level townhouse is located in the peaceful Villaggio dell’Orologio, about 450 meters from the beach. On the ground floor, it features a kitchenette, a bright living room, and a double bedroom. The first floor includes a second double bedroom, a bathroom with window and shower cabin, and a loft area (without door) with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. The property also offers a large private garden accessible from all ground-floor rooms, a washing machine, air conditioning, and two private parking spaces (included in the price).
