"此次入住整體感受尚算滿意，但在服務細節上仍有明顯的改善空間，特別是以下兩項遭遇，令我感到相當遺憾與不快。首先，辦理入住時，因客房尚未準備妥當，被告知需延遲半小時才能取房。雖然基於理解予以配合與接受，但作為五星級酒店，房務與前台的交接效率仍有待提升，希望能加強這方面的時間掌控。 另一樣令我大感不快的是第二天早上約 7:48 到達餐廳，當時用餐人數並不多。職員安排我們入座後，將桌牌放置桌上顯示為「正在用餐 "Occupied")」。當我們前往取餐、其中一次兩人同時離座拿食物時，我先行返回座位，卻驚愕地發現我們的桌子已被安排了另一組客人入座。當下我感到極度不解並當場表達不滿，雖然職員隨即為我們安排了新座位，但試想若當時餐廳客滿，難道要客人站著用餐嗎？據我觀察，職員在見到客人短時間未回座位時，便未加確認即逕行收拾並轉讓桌位。 ..."

"Wonderful value-for-money option for 1-night stay between flights, just next to the Terminal 1 (currently closed, so no direct pedestrian access to the hotel from the airport (e.g. Terminal 2) but hotel's shuttle bus opposite to gate 46 was overall convenient option, too).
