Welcome to our charming Canton retreat! Our property offers comfortable and well-equipped rooms to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests.

The living room features a Smart Roku TV and a cozy couch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite shows or movies. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find a stove, fridge, oven, and all the necessary cooking utensils, pots, pans, cups, and even a blender for your culinary needs.

One of the highlights of our property is the inviting sunroom, where you can unwind on the porch couch while enjoying a nice view of the yard. The sunroom also provides a versatile sleeping option, as the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed to accommodate additional guests. We provide extra bedding and pillows to ensure a cozy night's sleep in the sunroom.

The sunroom has a door leading to the backyard, where you'll find a patio table and chairs, allowing you to soak in the scenery and enjoy outdoor relaxation.

The downstairs bathroom is well-stocked with a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience. There are two enclosed bedrooms downstairs, one with a full-size bed and another with a similar setup. Additionally, in the basement, you'll have access to a washer and dryer to meet your laundry needs.

Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to the main areas of our Canton retreat. This includes the living room with a Smart Roku TV, the fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, oven, and cooking utensils, the relaxing sunroom with a porch couch and a nice view of the yard, and the downstairs bathroom stocked with essential amenities.

Please note that the attic area is off-limits to guests for safety reasons. There will be a clearly marked sign on the attic door to ensure it is not accessed.

Before booking our Canton retreat, we want to provide you with some important details to enhance your experience:

Minimum Stay: We have a minimum stay requirement of 1 night, allowing guests to enjoy a short getaway or an extended visit to Canton.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 12 noon or later, giving you flexibility to settle in comfortably. Check-out time is at 11 am, enabling us to prepare the space for the next guests. Please adhere to these timings unless otherwise arranged.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in the designated sunroom. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in any other areas of the property. To maintain the cleanliness and quality of our space, a minimum charge of $100 will be applied for any damages related to smoking, such as ashes or burn holes.

Respectful Behavior: We strive to provide a peaceful environment for all our guests. Please be respectful of our neighbors and fellow guests by avoiding loud parties and keeping noise levels down after 10 p.m.

Accessibility: Our property is located entirely on the first floor, providing convenient access to all areas. However, please note that there are no ramps for wheelchair accessibility.

Safety Measures: For the safety and security of our guests, we have installed two doorbell cameras and external safety cameras. These cameras are solely positioned outside the premises to ensure your privacy and peace of mind.
