They were left with no room and nowhere to stay at 9pm. Christian was extremely rude, and the manager Latasha was even worse. "This place was convenient to downtown where our event was. Super clean room and restaurant. Our only issue was key fob for electronic lock was hypersensitive and it took about 25 attempts each time we entered the room to work. Last morning we had to leave early and couldn't get into room - office staff were not on site for another 20 minutes and we had to leave with stuff still in our room. Worked out but too much of a hassle."
