"We had a great stay at Penny’s place. It is in a beautiful location, we were wowed by the views and enjoyed eating alfresco most nights looking out at the moon rising over the sea. The villa has plenty of character and the pool was lovely to jump into especially as there was a heatwave! You need a car though as it is a steep climb up to the top of the hill! We would definitely stay here again, as there is so much to do and see. Penny was a very welcoming host, giving us tips on the best places...

"This was a book it then book in an hour later kind of thing. We were welcomed & shown to our room. The building is like most around the area, old but in good condition. The room was a reasonable size, a small kitchenette with fridge. The a.c. is mounted on the wall but the unit outside on the patio so not intrusive to a good night's sleep. Yes the drawer unit the flat screen tv stands on is old, it's in keeping with the hotel. The bathroom is clean & in good working order. House keeping...

"Second time staying here, and again it was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, and overall very relaxing. Room was immaculate. Very peaceful - except when the jazz festival is in full flow..! Handy secure parking at the end of the street for a modest fee. Good breakfast. Recommended."
