Our apartment sits on an upper floor of The Shard, a 268-residence building by award-winning Cox Architecture and luxury developer Zapari, completed in early 2026. At 80 square metres (70 inside plus a generous 10 m² tiled balcony), it's twice the size of a hotel room and built to a standard most hotels can't match.

THE SPACE

The second bedroom doubles as a professional office: Dell 4K monitor, USB-C dock, wireless keyboard and mouse, integrated speakers and microphone for video conferencing. Plug in your laptop for a full workstation. 100 Mbps fibre Wi-Fi on a dedicated guest network — fast enough for video conferencing, 4K streaming, and remote work all at once.
