There is also A/C & heating to the main living space. There is a small separate study with desk and lamp. Wi-fi & Chromecast to smart TV. The balcony is large with plenty of space to eat and relax with the awesome sweeping views. There is a big internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a dishwasher.

The whole apartment is for exclusive guest access.
