    Ideal for business trips or short escapes, the apartment offers easy access to popular cafes, restaurants, and local highlights, with full use of the apartment and its facilities for a relaxing stay.

    BEDROOM
    The bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings.

    BATHROOM
    The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

    KITCHEN
    Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with:
    • Fridge/freezer
    • Stovetop
    • Microwave
    • Oven
    • Dishwasher
    • Crockery and cutlery

    A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

    LIVING AREA
    The living room offers a 55` Hisense smart TV for your entertainment. You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay.

    LAUNDRY
    A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

    OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES
    - You will have access to the building’s gym, swimming pool, spa, BBQ area, and shared garden and courtyard.
    - NOTE: The pool and spa are open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and are closed during the winter months. These facilities, along with the gym, barbecue area, and gardens, are located on Level 2. The gym is available for use from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily, or as otherwise advised by the executive committee.

    Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates.

    PARKING
    - One designated, secure parking space is available for guest use.
    - Additional 2-hour free parking and paid street parking are available nearby.

    Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.

    Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

    We’re a team dedicated to supporting you and making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We’re available via messaging and aim to respond promptly, while still giving you space to relax.

    **Leave It as You Found It**
    Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

    **No Parties or Events**
    This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.

    **Bathroom Matters**
    We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
