"Current construction works for the light rail extension compromises what otherwise is a good location. The hotel itself seems a little tired, particularly in the hallways leading to the rooms and the room itself. The mattress was a bit soft for my liking."

Ovolo Canberra, a Wyndham Hotel
"The staff were the only good thing about this hotel. Disappointing since other Ovolos are great. The room was noisy, dusty and hot. The air conditioning didn’t work correctly and kept switching off every few hours. The food at the restaura was equally bad - tasteless and overpriced. Very disappointing ..."

"Great location for access to Australian National University and walking distance from Canberra Bus Interchange. Comfortable and quiet location but undergoing renovations so limited access to food/dining in immediate vicinity. Lovely walks around the lake and parkland."
