"New hotel, 1. great Location where you can walk to Otaru’s main tourist attractions, 2. Breakfast were excellent! 3. Laundry: Room TV shows how minutes left for each Laundry unit to finish, so it was super helpful to manage the timing for Landry chore. Little disappointment were, 1. no luggage rack!?! So you have to leave luggage on the floor. 2. Big ofuro had steam sauna (women) but it was a joke. It wasn't hot at all. I was able to do own hot yoga (warm yoga!) "

"清潔感があり、何よりスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。ホテルのは壁は薄いです。また併設の温泉が24時間やっているのは良いなと思いましたが、ホテルとつながっているわけではないので一瞬外に出なければならないのが少し嫌でした。(外履きを履かなければならない)一応外履き用のサンダルは部屋にありますが、汚れが気になり、自分の外履きで向かいました。ホテルと繋がっていたらスリッパで行けるのに。 また、ホームページのアメニティに部屋着の記載がなかったので持って行きましたが、用意されていました。書いておいてほしかった…部屋着持って行っちゃったよ！"
