"The view is amazing. The property manager Mackenzie was such a pleasure to deal with. We did have some water pressure issues, but they worked really hard to repair it. "

"All in all our entire group was very satisfied and enjoyed this vacation Home. This location is great for large groups. The main kitchen and dining area were excellent with very nice views off of the attached decking. Our only complaint was with one bedroom in the lower level of the main house that obviously had a smoker that previously stayed there. We would definitely book this location again!"

"The place had EVERYTHING one might need, from big sun hats, to a washer/dryer, and everything in between. It was close to town, but quiet (except for the rooster). We made breakfast every morning, enjoyed the sunsets from the terrace. It was not wicked fancy, but felt like home by the end of our trip."

"Tranquil Breeze was amazing. The villa had everything we could possibly need. The views were incredible of Cruz Bay. It was close to town and Linda was amazing by helping to check us in as well as check on us during our stay."

"This was one of our favorite trips which we have ever gone on! The view from this place was breath taking! Every day it was so special to wake up and be treated with the views over the bay! The area upstairs was perfect for playing games with friends, cooking food, and relaxing. The pool was nice to be able to chill and take in the views as well. Our room was great with everything for a perfect island vacation.We will definitely be back!!"

"This is our second visit to this rental ! If there is a complaint it would be getting to the house, but we obviously overlook this as it is sooo worth it when you arrive. The house is clean, the most important thing for us! All bedrooms afford great privacy with lovely bathrooms on each. I have never had a rental as well appointed as this one , Joel has thought of everything literally.Naturally the views are spectacular ! You won’t be disappointed . Truly excellent rental !"

"The view was amazing! The home is beautiful. We all enjoyed our stay. The host was readily available by phone. A car or car service is necessary. "

"We loved our stay at Casa YaYa! The view and pool deck were amazing! Also, not sure if other's have mentiond this, but they also provided beach chairs, coolers and snorkel gear in the outside closet. "

"We loved the Rotunda. The views are amazing. We were also glad the property had a generator as the island experienced a few power outages while we were there. We had ten adults and two children under three. Tara arranged for the private vans and water taxi to take our family from the St. John airport to the Rotunda, food to be at the house before our arrival, baby toys and high chairs to be at the house, a private chef for the first and last night of the stay, and a sunset cruise. "The property is gorgeous. The location gives you great views of Red Hook and St John from the back window, sliders and pool. The house was well situated for our needs. The front bedrooms share a jack and Jill bath which was great for our young son and my wife and I. The master upstairs was very nice with a very nice master bath.
