This lovely three-room apartment is located in a small well-maintained residential condominium. The area is home to the island's longest golden sand beach, one of the most beautiful and sought-after, with excellent services. Within 10 km, you'll find the stunning coves of the Costa del Sole: Cavoli, Seccheto, and Fetovaia.

Three-Room Apartment 5 + 1 Beds
The 90 sq m apartment is located on the first floor and comprises a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a single bed that converts to a queen-size bed (ideal for one adult or up to two children), two spacious double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are 3 parking spaces in the building for 4 apartments (one of the apartments is also a second home, so it is not always occupied).

Minimum age 21
If you're a group of young people, the house is only available to guests aged 21 and older. Growing up has its advantages.

We love animals, and small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.

Deposit: € 150 (mandatory)
A gesture of mutual trust: The deposit will be refunded within a few days after your stay. We recommend paying in cash, especially if departing after 3:00 PM (cleaning time) or via bank transfer.

Key Collection Information:
Check-in details will be sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival. For any needs, you can contact our customer service. Key collection normally takes place at our agency in Marina di Campo or Portoferraio during low season.
