We are in the center of the most sought after tourist resort on the island of Elba, Marina di Campo. The country offers opportunities for everyone; the sandy beach where there are both free sections and equipped establishments, is ideal for families with children and for a relaxing holiday, for young people and for those who love nightlife, it is undoubtedly the right location , with its shops, restaurants and clubs open until late at night.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Two-room apartment sleeps 2/4 (about 30 m2)
Each apartment consists of a living room with a single sofa bed that opens into a double bed and dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower cubicle. This is the only one of the 4 to have the central kitchen between the living room and the bedroom. The apartment is on the ground floor with an equipped outdoor area at the front and a porch with garden at the back. It has been completely renovated with quality comforts and services in spring 2024.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of young people, family welcome)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros for cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
