We stayed at this hotel from Japan for our honeymoon. "If you want understated luxury this is the hotel for you."

"Great property in the middle of where you want to be. The staff was extremely helpful with getting water taxis and for food options. They have a great bar and great breakfast. Walk out onto the grand canal and go for your adventure for the day."

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is roomy with a good shower, plenty of hot water and nice extra toiletries were included. The air conditioner worked well, maybe a little too cool, but not enough to ask staff about controls. Samantha was very kind and helpful. She helped us with supplying a set of utensils,...

"The rooms could be better decorated and the beds/bedding could be better. Expect a very basic room and you won’t be disappointed. Location is great and the courtyard and gym is awesome."
