"Love this village hotel . Over night with 5 yr old grandson . Booked early check in. Staff on reception were brilliant. Made sure we received all the information we needed to access the pool with the little one. Pool changing room were spotless and both pools were warm and sparkling cleam. "

"This is not a chain hotel...why would you want one? Where is the charm of living as the locals do? This place has that charm. This is a small business run by a very loving family. This is the authentic Blackpool experience. I have rarely seen people this welcoming and kind. Everyone was incredibly attentive and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed every moment of my interaction with the family that runs it. Highly recommended. "

" Our hostess Diane was absolutely wonderful, attentive, friendly, kind and went above and beyond. It was my sister's birthday and Diane went out of her way to get her a card, cake and candle. We brought our excess dinner back and Diane put it in her private fridge and warmed it up when we were ready to eat it right in the middle of Emmerdale!!!! The whole place was neat, clean, beautifully kept. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, tissues, teas, coffee, milk, sweetener,...
