"Absolutely loved every part of my stay at Hotel North. Parking was so easy and safe. The Hotel is decorated so tastefully, the staff was so welcoming. When I stepped into my room, I felt I had walked into a soothing refuge. Your decorators knew just how to balance the aesthetics with furnishings, art work, etc. Every detail was perfect - the room temperature, the comfortable bed, the quietness, etc. I will definitely recommend the Hotel North to anyone traveling to the Pittsfield area. "We booked for an overnight stay to attend a concert at Tanglewood and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room for the price; clean, large, updated, comfy. Great value!"

"This hotel is such a beautiful respite - the lake area with the Adirondack chairs is perfect to sit and relax. Having Mint (delicious Indian food) on site really completes the stay. My room was clean and decently sized. Will absolutely return!"

"Read reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. We'll definitely stay here again"

"This motel worked perfectly for our weekend at Tanglewood. We had two rooms for our group, and they were perfectly clean, and it was quiet at night. The facilities are outdated and could use a renovation. But for location - just a short drive to Tanglewood - and cleanliness, it fit the bill. Also, the service was excellent. "
