The BILOCALE is located on the first floor of the building and enjoys a splendid panoramic view. Access is via characteristic stone stairs external to the structure. The BILOCALE has large dimensions and can be inhabited by 4 people (2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old). The entrance is in the living room, finely furnished with table and chairs, sideboard, double sofa bed and TV area. The kitchenette in the living room is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge and freezer. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower with a stall shower. Air conditioning is available on request with a supplement of € 9.00 per day.

Antico Borgo Casalappi is an ancient village located on the top of the hills that dominate the island of Elba, a few kilometers from the beach of San Vincenzo, Baratti, Follonica and the port of Piombino (where ferries leave for the Isola d 'Elba). The village is surrounded by wheat fields, with olive trees and sunflowers, vines, just 3.5 km from the main services (supermarket, pharmacy ...)

THE VILLAGE

Antico Borgo Casalappi is an authentic stone village of the '900 completely renovated with care to preserve its warmth and character. It consists of 42 apartments and covers eight hectares near the main house and the castle. The old buildings have been restored with different volumes, shapes and position depending on the use in respect of the original Tuscan tradition, maintaining the same charm of stone tiles, bricks and clay roof.

Antico Borgo Casalappi is enriched with fine finishes and common areas made of alleys, finely illuminated squares decorated with elegant flower beds and benches, a semicircular swimming pool with sun terrace overlooking the entire valley, tennis court, barbecue area and a large park games for children.
