"Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island."

"Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience."

"We enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice and the resort was quiet which was appreciated. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk but they have a golf cart to take you there and back."

"The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice."

"Very beautiful kept grounds, helpful staff and our room was great. However there could be some evening entertainment and a changing menu. Was there a 5 days and for lunch/dinner the same menu to choose from. Also the wifi was pretty bad at times."

"Our experience at Royal West Indies Resort was beyond superior. From the moment we exited our cab ride to the time we left was above and beyond any trip we have taken in our 45 years together. Tushay, Sherman, Kendro we're always smiling, asking what they could do for us, good morning, good afternoon and good evening everyday. We have traveled a lot in the past but never experienced such a warm, caring, concerned, helpful and heartfelt love at this resort. We will be back and will only stay...

"We had a lovely stay near the most stunning turquoise ocean- but we wouldn’t repeat our trip To Turks and Caicos. We aren’t resort people normally, The food was average and the price to eat was budget busting. Budget $300-400 per day if you’re a family of 4 to eat out, but grocery store trip helped to alleviate the cost of eating. Small bottle of water- $10. The ocean was breath taking and enjoyed the daily swims and tropical fish swimming around our toes. But beyond the water- the island is...

"You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property.
