"This place is several very large cuts above a typical Hampton Inn. It’s large and beautiful with a restaurant and full bar. The staff is truly extraordinary - friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about hospitality. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring Saratoga. Everything you could want is within easy walking distance, but it’s a few blocks off of Broadway and Caroline St, therefore much quieter than other hotels. "

"The staff was great, location of hotel was great. It snowed a lot and they could have iced the parking lot MUCH better, but other than that the hotel is exactly what you hope for from a chain hotel. Being able to walk through the park into downtown was incredibly convenient and felt like you were in a much bigger town than Saratoga. Thanks!"

"What a spectacular hotel! Everyone was friendly and very helpful! My belief is that it is the people who make a spectacular organization and this hotel has the best. The breakfast was made of real eggs with chives! None of those rubbery eggs from other establishments. The coffee in the room and in the breakfast area was excellent. "This is a beautiful, historic property and pretty consistent with the photos on the website. The room I had was just as pretty with some antique furnishings, but of course in person you notice that it is an old building. The room was a great size, and I loved the hardwood floors. The bathroom was also large and you are provided a sundry of items for convenience. The bed was comfortable, though it did seem to have a center depression. The only other issue I had was that though the the showerhead...
