Location: This newly built villa is in a beautiful district of Camaiore and is located in a slightly hilly and quiet location. The house looks out over the Tuscan countryside. It is surrounded by large grounds with old olive trees. The property is completely fenced. The holiday home has a very well-kept large pool (12 meters x 6 meters and up to 2.5 meters deep), which is available to our guests from Mai to late September. The brick barbecue is available to guests. Garden furniture available.
Shopping and good food can be done on foot in Camaiore (approx. 1 km).
The house (a newly built farmhouse) with 2 apartments of approx. 160sqm offers plenty of space for 10-12 people. These 2 ground floor apartments are rented together and each has its own entrance. The decor is cozy and tasteful.
The first apartment offers a living-dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace - a kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds - a bedroom with a single bed which can be pulled out to a double bed - 2 bathrooms.
The second apartment with access to the garden offers 1 living room with fireplace - 1 kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom. Additional bed possible.
Available: dishwasher - oven - video / TV - fireplace - grill - garden furniture - parking on the property.
A large parking lot is by the house - the property is fenced and provided with an electric gate. WiFi free.

Großes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Backofen funktioniert alles gut. Haus ist komplett umzäunt und unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen. Dazu ein sauberer, sehr großer und gut gepflegter Pool mit eigenem Sanitär Bereich ( Dusche und WC unterhalb des Pools.Das Haus ist nicht komplett freistehend ( Doppelhaus). S. Google Maps.Sehr gutes WLAN.Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die allerdings nur italienisch spricht ( Kommunikation über WhatsApp und Google Übersetzer).Sehr tolle Lage und schöner Ausblick.Anreise über Via Montebello und dann Via Grotto ( vor der Trattoria Katja ( Privatstraße, findet Google nicht).Der Preis für die Unterkunft ist gerechtfertigt.

Camaiore

Bei der Buchung von Villa Natalia in Camaiore wurde der Anspruch auf Angebotstransparenz unterlaufen. Erst nach vollständiger Bezahlung wurde mitgeteilt, dass Nebenkosten von 700 € in bar verlangt werden. Normal werden Nebenkosten bereits im Angebot erwähnt. Zieht man die Kaution ab, bleiben 300 € für Reinigung und Strom für 2 Wochen übrig. Ob die Höhe der Nebenkosten angemessen ist, mag dahingestellt sein. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Wohnungen. Eine Wohnung ist im Souterrain am Hang. Die unteren Schlafzimmer (nicht das Wohnzimmer) waren nicht nur dunkel, sie waren, was weit unangenehmer ist, muffig. Sehr schön ist die Lage des Feriendomizils mit einer grandiosen Aussicht und einem schönen Swimming-Pool. Die Anfahrt mit einem großen PKW mag für ungeübte Autofahrer kritisch sein, sie ist aber zu bewältigen. Hilfreich wäre allerdings gewesen, man hätte die korrekte Hausnummer bereits im Angebot vorgefunden, was man in der Wegbeschreibung wohl vergessen hatte.

Nice villa with a fantastic pool.

The property exudes charm. Although the view from the first floor is impressive, it's partially obstructed by trees. The pool, a significant asset, is generously sized. Regrettably, the kitchen fan was dysfunctional, making cooking an unpleasant task. We also faced issues with the fuses for the washing machine. Our check-in experience was hampered by a language barrier. The attendant spoke no English, and our attempts in German proved futile. Consequently, check-in became a comical mix of hand gestures, fragmented Spanish, and numerals scrawled on paper. Achieving accuracy in these circumstances was virtually impossible. Throughout the week, our primary mode of communication was through texting, which, while functional, had its limitations. On our final day, with a check-out time set for 10:00, we assumed full property access until then. This assumption was incorrect. Our children were swimming since 8:30 when, at 9:00, the gardener/pool attendant instructed them to vacate, threatening to involve the police. Surprisingly, he spoke enough English for this. Simultaneously, our agent messaged us, advising against pool use as it had already been prepared for the next guests. It would have been considerate to receive this information during check-in, perhaps in Italian, which we might have missed. In a global market catering to international travelers, employing an English-speaking representative could significantly enhance the experience.

Das Haus ist schön gelegen. Zufahrt etwas verwinkelt, aber trotzdem mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Pool mit den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Jeden Morgen kam jemand zur Poolpflege vorbei und säuberte alles. Die Bäder sind nicht auf dem neusten Stand und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Manche Matratzen waren durchgelegen und man konnte nicht gut schlafen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, konnte aber leider nur italenisch sprechen. Kommunikation war über whattsapp und Übersetzer möglich. Etwas unschön war auch die Tatsache, das wir die gesamte Zeit kein Wlan hatten. Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein Doppelhaus. Man hat also direkte Nachbarn. Das Haus selber besteht aus zwei Ferienwohnungen. Im Kellergeschoss eine und im Obergeschoss eine. Wir waren 8 Personen und haben nur die untere Küche gemeinsam genutzt. Es besteht unten genug Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen. Innen wie auch draußen auf der Terrasse. Die Zimmer befinden sich im hinteren Teil des Hauses. Jeweils 2 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett und noch einem Ausziehbett.Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen. Verbesserungswürdig wären die Matratzen in einigen Zimmern, die Sauberkeit der Bäder und in der Küche fehlte uns ein Wasserkocher.

Lage, Haus und Pool ideal, aber das Wetter war die ganze Woche kalt und regnerisch. Schade. Eine Bemerkung zur Wegbeschreibung: Die Routenbeschreibung in Worten ist nicht brauchbar und die Angabe der Hausnummer (87/88) stimmt nicht mit der Strassennummer überein. Trotz Navy und Unterstützung vor Ort suchten wir 1 1/2 Stunden Vorschlag: Via Montebello ca. 800 m, anschliessend Abzweigung Via Grotto neben und nach 100 m ist das Ziel.

Tolle Lage, toller Pool

Insgesamt sehr positiver Aufenthalt. Schöner sauberer Pool, ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht in das Tal. Küchen waren mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir haben das Kinderbettchen (mit eigener Wäsche) und den Hochstuhl genutzt, das war praktisch. Ansonsten muss man sich etwas arrangieren: Gegessen haben wir auf der Terrasse unten (etwas eng), das Geschirr musste man dann aber in die Küche nach oben bringen, da hier die Spülmaschine ist... (Leicht) negativ aufgefallen sind uns die unbequemen Stühle, die verschmutzten Abzughauben und der unzureichende Regenschutz über dem Esstisch draußen. Ein gemütlicheres Licht haben wir uns hier auch noch gewünscht. Ales gut verkraftbar :-) Vor Anreise sollte man sich das Haus per Satellitenbild auf Google-Maps heraussuchen, die auf der Anfahrtsbeschreibung genannten Hausnummern haben wir nie gefunden.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Das schöne Ferienhaus auf einem großzügigen Grundstück hat uns gut gefallen ! Einziges Manko war , dass nur in der oberen Wohnung eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist … Und gerade mal 1 wirklich scharfes Messer da war … Das Haus liegt herrlich, wunderbare Aussicht und ein großer, sauberer Pool haben uns tolle Tage ermöglicht.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Umgebung

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern für 2 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus (2 Wohnungen). Der Pool ist angenehm groß und wurde vor allem von Kindern viel genutzt. Wie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Lage

Der Pool und die Umgebung sind traumhaft. Die bei der Wegbeschreibung angegebene Adresse existiert nicht, dadurch ist das Finden des Hauses sehr schwierig. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Het is een fijne vakantiewoning, heerlijk zwembad en leuke plek voor vakantie. Mooi uitzicht. Alleen jammer dat de mevrouw die ons ontving geen Engels sprak, maar dit werd goed opgelost door haar zoon aan de telefoon te geven.

Sehr schönes Haus, großzügiger Garten und phantastischer Pool

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Mit dem Fahrrad zum Bäcker und geniale Wanderungen und Mountainbike Touren direkt vom Haus. Sehr nette und bemühte Vermieter. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Geographisch super gelegen zu den Städten Pisa, Lucca 40 Minuten und nach Florenz auch noch ganz gut über die Autobahn. 👍Der Pool ist durch die Größe echt klasse,

Très beau séjour!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. La villa était spacieuse et contenait tout le nécessaire. Piscine impeccable et vue magnifique sur la campagne toscane. Une douche de l’une des salles de bains a eu un petit souci mais les propriétaires ont réglé tout de suite le problème. A une dizaines de minutes en voiture Se trouvent les plages de Lido du Camaiore. Bonne situation également pour visiter Luca, Pistoie et d’autres belles villes. Petit conseil : n’oubliez pas vos produits contre les moustiques et tout sera extra!
