Torretta - Luxury rustico with pool and air conditioning EV wallbox

Casa Torretta is part of Borgo4case, a small eco-friendly family business holiday rental estate completely renovated in 2011 also in the decor and amenities, equipped with all comforts, immersed in a centuries-old olive grove in a very quiet site but easily accessible by car via an asphalt road.

Casa Torretta is a typical Tuscan rural villa, ideal for 6 people. It has an independent entrance, private parking for one or two cars with a charging station for electric cars.

Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen with dining area with work table and direct access to the veranda; living area with lounge and dining area with large table for 6 people.
First floor: Bedroom for 2 people of about 24 square meters with double bed, air conditioning, heating, baby bed on request, balcony and garden view. Private external bathroom with sink, shower, toilet in the bathroom, hairdryer. Studio with sofa bed for one and a half and covered veranda with direct access to the garden.
Second floor: bedroom for 2 people of about 20 square meters with double bed or twin bed, air conditioning, heating. View of the garden. Private bathroom in the room, with sink, bidet, shower, toilet in the bathroom, hairdryer.

Outside, shared swimming pool: moderately salted water swimming pool purified without industrial chlorine of 6x13 m inserted in an olive grove of 2000 square meters to be shared with other 4 guests of the other real estate unit next door. Swimming pool accessible all year round, in winter it is covered and accessible. Outdoor area equipped with table and barbecue. 2500 square meters of garden with holistic area equipped with yoga and pilates decking, natural theater among the cherry trees for events, music, and outdoor shows.

There are 2 good typical tuscan restaurant-pizzeria very close to the house. 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes walking along the road.
The house is 3min by car from Camaiore connected by a narrow road upon the hill, we suggest you to rent a small car.

The owner, Gaia, lives near the house she is available in case of need.
On request it is possible to organize small weddings, ceremonies and events.

What a magical experience! If i could i'd give Gaia and Paola a million stars!

what a magical property nestled in the foothills of the apuan alps. the house my husband and i were in was perfect in every way not just gaia and paola our hosts, who were lovely, easy to talk to and work with, kind, gracious, and always available for questions and any concerns. we had a fantastic time - the pool was perfect, the rooms were large and comfortable and the views from our balcony fantastic. this was probably the most memorable vacation i've ever had, hosted by the incredible people. i cannot say enough or provide enough compliments. loved loved loved every minute!

Outstanding Stay

My wife and I stayed here for over a month. We could have stayed another month it was so nice. The entire family was so helpful to insure our stay was a success. The house was beautifully done and spotless! The pool is amazing. We will be back and have NO regrets. Also, some very good restaurants local to the house that Gaia can direct you to, you won't be disappointed.

Erholsamer Urlaub bei netten Gastgebern

Wir durften in diesem Sommer zwei schöne Wochen in der Toretta-Wohnung in Borgo4case verbringen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den herrlichen Salzwasserpool und die Gastgeberin Gaia, welche uns immer mit Rat und Tat bei Fragen/Auskünften zur Seite gestanden hat. Leider war auf FeWo das Inserat zum Objekt noch auf einem veralteten Stand, weshalb leider nicht all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt wurden. Der Fehler ist aber mittlerweile behoben und auf der eigenen Homepage war auch immer die korrekten Angaben ersichtlich. Super an der Lage ist auch die Nähe zu Viareggio mit tollen Bademöglichkeiten am Strand, welche in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind.

Er du til fredelige omgivelser i et autentisk toscansk bjerglandsbymiljø, så er dette en dejlig bolig. Poolen og omgivelserne er skønne. Gaia og hendes familie er venlige og diskrete værter.

Beautiful house in a quiet area

We are very pleased with our stay at Borgo4case. A beautiful and romantic house with a very nice swimmingpool. We had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The house are sorrounding with a beautiful nature and the silence in the area was important for a relaxing time. The place is located near the beach and small villages, and the houseowners were very friendly and hospitable.

Perfektes Ferienhaus für 100%-ige Erholung

Wir haben im Juli 2018 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus "Torretta" verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Grünen und ist über eine recht enge, aber gut befahrbare Straße erreichbar. Dank perfekter Anfahrtsbeschreibung seitens der Vermieter war das Navigieren zum Ferienhaus unproblematisch. Das Haus selbst ist ausgesprochen liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Dank zusätzlicher moderner Ausstattung fehlt absolut nichts. Alle Zimmer bieten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Bei Ankunft war das Haus sehr sauber, nach einer Woche wurden sogar die Sanitärräume gereinigt sowie die komplette Wäsche gewechselt. Direkt aus der unteren Etage hat man Zugang zum Freisitz und von dort zum Garten mit Pool. Der Garten ist sehr weitläufig, der Abstand zum nächsten Nachbarn damit wirklich groß. Der Pool ist sauber und herrlich erfrischend. Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen zur freien Verfügung, zusätzlich spenden Olivenbäume Schatten. Zur "sportlichen" Betätigung gibt's neben dem Pool noch eine Tischtennisplatte. Die Vermieter-Familie ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Gaia und ihre Eltern sprechen sehr gut Englisch, so dass die Verständigung absolut kein Problem ist. Bei Sorgen und Problemen helfen sie gern und schnell weiter - Traum-Vermieter!!! Fazit: Dieses Ferienhaus ist der ideale Ort für Erholungs-Suchende. Die großen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana sind Dank Nähe zur Autobahn unkompliziert zu erreichen; man sollte aufgrund der Entfernungen nur evtl. ein bißchen mehr Zeit dafür einplanen.

Lage top. Ist wirklich alles was man so braucht vorhanden. Konnten es nur leider nicht so geniessen...da es extrem viele, agressive Mücken hatte.

Such a magical place!

We had a fantastic experience here! Gaia and her lovely mother were very charming and helpful. The property and gardens are gorgeous! The kitchen is well appointed — we found everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and lunches. If you want to be nestled in the mountains, but also want to be ensconced in a luxurious nest, don’t hesitate to book this property!

A very nice house with very friendly hosts in a beautiful area

We stayed 8 nights at this house and felt we could have stayed a few weeks more :) The house is spacious (3 large bedrooms), very clean, well decorated. The beds are also comfortable. It was a bit too early in the season to enjoy the pool but we could appreciate the very beautiful garden. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet place in the mountains. From there, it is convenient to go and visit the surroundings (Pisa, Firenze, Viareggio, Cinque Terre...). Gaia & her dad are very friendly and always ready to help and give advices on where to go. We would definitely stay there again!
