Wonderful stay

The villa was fabulous particularly for the family including our 15 month old grandson . The location near the beach and in a quiet residential street was perfect. The service we received from the oh went was first class . He is very intuitive and thoughtful . He made our visit all the more enjoyable.

Fabulous villa in quiet location

It was our grand-daughter's first holiday abroad and we couldn't have chosen a better one! Everything was perfect for our family with our 2 year old. Great pool and facilities in the spacious villa - we spent most of our time there. Carlos is so welcoming and left such well-stocked cupboards and fridge which gave us a really good start- so nice not to worry about the grocery-shopping as soon as you arrive! The location of the villa is perfect - we went to some really good restaurants on the days we didn't have a barbecue at the villa - and Santa Ponsa beach was really nice. We all loved our holiday and hope to return someday.

Family holiday

Really enjoyed our week and didn’t want to come home. Carols is lovely and went out of his way to make sure we was happy and enjoying ourselves. The Villa is amazing. The kids loved the pool and the swings :-) would definitely go back and recommend the villa to anyone.

Lovely villa

We had an excellent stay in Villa Puerto Adriano. The villa is spacious (we were 2 families with 4 adults and 3 children), the pool is excellent with plenty of sun loungers and pool toys for the kids, and the location is great, a short walk from a Spar and restaurants/take aways. Carlos could not have done more for us, he really does go above & beyond, even providing a fully stocked fridge on our arrival. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Traumhafte Familienferien

Unser Aufenthalt in Carlos Villa war wunderschön und liess keine Wünsche offen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und Carlos war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Villa ist super gelegen, mit Strand, Bäckerei, Metzger, Supermarkt usw. in direkter Nähe und gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

Sehr zu empfehlen

Nett eingerichtete Villa mit allem was mann braucht um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu geniessen. Der Inhaber Carlos, sowie Familie sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig uns vorteilhaft, 10 Gehminuten zum schönen port Adriano, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Gerne wieder. Verreist mit 2 kleinen Hunden

Incredible host!! and fantastic property

Carlos is one of the best hosts we have seen in years!! his place is amazing.. great home away from home .. and a must stay if you are visiting Mallorca.. His hospitality is impeccable. His villa is perfect for a family with kids.. pool, space, kitchen.. just perfect and most welcoming.. Kudos to Carlos and his space.

Hammer…Bester Gastgeber überhaupt und tolles Haus

Ein tolles Haus in Top Lage. Aber das Highlight, der Gastgeber. Unglaublich nett, immer hilfsbereit, Top Kommunikation zu jeder Zeit. Wir sind schon viel verreist, aber dieser Gastgeber hat alles in den Schatten gestellt. Alleine bei der Ankunft mit Übergabe kann der Urlaub sofort beginnen mit einem sehr gefüllter Kühlschrank der keine Wünsche offen lies. Wir kommen mehr als gerne wieder!!! Danke Carlos für einen auch dank Dir perfekten Urlaub.

Family holiday

We had the most wonderful stay at Puerto Adriano Villa , Carlos was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble, we were greeted by Carlos who gave us a tour of the beautiful villa and he had left us a well stocked fridge which was a fantastic bonus, the villa was very clean and there was everything we needed , we would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to return

Très belles vacances !!

La maison est parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Chaque chambre est indépendante, avec une douche et des toilettes privées. La piscine est très bien, plusieurs chaises longues sont à disposition. Le propriétaire a tout fait pour que nous passions un bon séjour : produit de douche, linge de bain, frigo rempli avant notre arrivée et de quoi faire des apéro !!! L'emplacement est génial : 30 min de Palma, 8 min d'un parc aquatique, 15 min de palmanova avec une plage et un mini golf sympa. Nous allons garder cette adresse et nous vous la recommandons vivement !!!

Super Unterkunft, sauber und ein gefüllter Kühlschrank bei Anreise ohne Absprache und Extrazahlung. Vermiter Carlos ist super und kümmert sich gut um seine Gäste. Billardtisch im Keller und FireTV im wohnzimmer. Auf jedenfall weiter zuempfehlen...wir kommen wieder ;)

Wundervolle Ferienwoche

Die Villa Puerto Adriano ist sehr schön eingerichtet und vorallem sauber. Für Gross und Klein bietet das Haus alles, die Erwachsenen und auch die Kinder waren begeistert. Carlos war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe die Villa bereits einer Freundin weiterempfohlen!

Fabulous El Toro villa

We had a fabulous weeks stay at Carlos’s villa. Fantastic location by the port, beach and restaurants. Our children loved the games room and pool and all the equipment and beach towels provided meant we didn’t need to bring our own. Lots of space in the villa and wraparound garden for a family of four and more and everything you could need for a great weeks holiday. The fridge was pre-stocked with essentials which was a very nice touch and Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful as a host. We have friends in the area so know El Toro well and would definitely recommend as a base to explore Mallorca. Lovely quiet residential area but walking distance to restaurants if you don’t want to eat at home. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Super tolles Haus, wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein großartiges Haus, sehr sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es fehlt wirklich an NICHTS. Carlos ist ein sehr netter und kompetenter Vermieter, immer erreichbar, falls man ihn braucht. Er hatte uns zur Ankunft den Kühlschrank gefüllt, eine tolle Sache, da wir im Urlaub somit fast nichts mehr einkaufen mussten. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, in direkter Nähe zum Hafen von Port Adriano und gleichzeitig am Feldrand in einer ganz ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Wir haben uns super erholt, waren ganz begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Carlos für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wirklich schönes Objekt. Großer Pool, funktionierendes WLAN, Fernseher, Billiardtisch und alles was dazugehört. Vollklimatisiert und eine große Küche. Der Gastgeber hatte sogar schon etwas Essen und Trinken eingekauft und in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Alles Top!

Wir sind rundum zufrieden gewesen mit dem Objekt. Sehr netter und kompetenter Kontakt mit Carlos beim Check in. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Es stimmt alles aus der Beschreibung und den Bewertungen. Es fehlts einen an nichts. Sogar eingekauft hat Carlos für uns :) Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Im Keller gibt es sogar die Möglichkeit Tischtennis, Billard, Kicker und mehr zu spielen, echt genial. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Perfekt ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet, supersauber!

Wir machen seit 20 Jahren regelmäßig Urlaub auf Mallorca und haben diverse Häuser durchprobiert. Dieses war komplett anders und mit Abstand das am besten ausgestattetste. Urlaub ab der ersten Minute mit Rundumsorglospaket! Wir kamen abends an, Carlos hat uns einen Tisch auf der Terrasse gedeckt, Wein kaltgestellt, Essen vom Chinesen bestellt und warmgestellt! Er hat den Kühlschrank gefüllt, wir mussten in der einen Woche nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten einkaufen. Es ist alles da, was man ansonsten immer als erstes einkaufen oder mitbringen muss. Duschzeug, Schampoo, Sonnenschutz, Mückenschutz, Klopapier, Waschmittel, Spüli etc. und das in großen Mengen! Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Betten haben durchgehende Matratzen (!!!) und sind sehr bequem. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, ein Salzwasserpool - aber sehr mild, brennt nicht in den Augen. Zitronenbäume im Garten. Etwas ungewohnt: Kunstrasen auf dem ganzen Grundstück, dafür problemlos barfuss zu betreten. Kein Ungeziefer, keine Fliegen, keine Wespen. Ruhige Gegend. Wir sind begeistert! Vielen Dank an Carlos und Susanna.
