Only one slight hiccup as I paid 1/2 a night rate to checkout at 3p but nonetheless they came banging on my door and calling with DND signs and instructions left to not disturb. Was trying to sleep in prep for redeye and resetting time zones. They did immediately refund my charge. Will come here next time for sure. "

"スタッフはフレンドリーで親切、お部屋は清潔で静かでゆったり過ごせました。中山駅3番出口からすぐのアクセスがバツグンに良いホテルでした。何処へ行くにも便利な上、雨が降っても中山駅からホテルまで濡ずに到着出来るのも安心でした。宿泊した日がちょうど旧正月の元旦にあたり、周辺のお店が早じまいだったりお休みでしたが、近くのコンビニで買ったおかずを部屋の電子レンジで温めて食べる事が出来て助かりました。また、足を延ばして入れるライト付きジェットバスは楽しく癒やされました。オリジナルの石鹸をはじめ、お水、お茶、缶ジュース、お菓子など部屋には色々なサービス品が備えてあり、嬉しい滞在になりました。次回の滞在にも是非泊まりたいホテルです。"
