Welcome to the Caldwell Collective Edition Two Story Townhome!
Enjoy the perfect family getaway in our modern townhome, built in 2024, located just 1 minute off the Interstate Freeway in the heart of Caldwell. With spacious accommodations for up to 10 guests, our home features 2 sets of bunk beds, a Queen bed, a King bed, and a pull-out sofa couch in the living room, ensuring everyone has their own cozy spot to relax.
One of the highlights of our townhome is the delightful kids' playplace located under the stairs. Equipped with a private TV, comfy beanbags, and a fun Tic Tac Toe game, this space is designed just for children to unwind and enjoy their own entertainment.
The family-friendly atmosphere continues with giant wall games, including Connect 4 and Scrabble, perfect for creating lasting memories. Gather around our large kitchen table for meals or engage in conversations, while the kitchen island offers additional seating space with wine glasses for your enjoyment.
The warm electric fireplace in the living room invites relaxation, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or cozy evenings. The main level boasts beautiful hardwood floors, creating an inviting space, while the upstairs is comfortably carpeted for a plush feel.
For your entertainment, our townhome includes TVs in both the King and Queen rooms, as well as in the living room, so you’ll have plenty of options for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows after a day of exploring.

Beautiful Place To Stay

This condo was beautiful and new. It had everything that we needed (except for a toaster). But there was one problem, I did not realize this was a pet friendly home. The amount of white dog hair was kind of crazy. it was everywhere, the floor, behind the couch on the table, the bedding. I was actually surprised by the dog hair. Aside from that I would have never of known that pets were okay to stay and I love dogs I have 3 myself. I just think a little better vacuum would help with that problem. Overall it was very nice.
